How does a restaurants that is known for onion rings not have any onion rings? Terrible

Decided to dine in at like 7:45pm after a long day at work. I was the only one in the dining area. The counter staff were literally sitting on a counter and it felt like they talking about me as I was eating (I don’t speak Punjabi or any other South Asian dialects). It felt uncomfortable, like I was interrupting their chores. So I don’t feel like going back again.

Used to love coming here with my family so much I started coming here on my way to work. After a horrible interaction with the manager/owner I will no longer be returning. All it takes is 1 guy to ruin some good memories. Good luck to the staff
Foods are delicious. They are not using any gloves in the kitchen.
Really unhappy with staff service. Doesn’t have any sense how to greet and welcome customer. Food was good but big 0 in service and greeting.

The food is great but the wait is unreasonable, I have no idea how it takes that long? A good four minutes before your order is taken and then another ten minutes waiting. Popeyes is cheaper, faster and better! I Love A&W but this location cannot compete with the service at Popeyes.

The food is not bad, but I find the prices unreasonably high for basic fast food. In the same McDonald's, the same burgers and fries are no worse, but 1.5 times cheaper.
