Really unhappy with staff service. Doesn’t have any sense how to greet and welcome customer. Food was good but big 0 in service and greeting.

The food is great but the wait is unreasonable, I have no idea how it takes that long? A good four minutes before your order is taken and then another ten minutes waiting. Popeyes is cheaper, faster and better! I Love A&W but this location cannot compete with the service at Popeyes.

The food is not bad, but I find the prices unreasonably high for basic fast food. In the same McDonald's, the same burgers and fries are no worse, but 1.5 times cheaper.

Stay away, they do not care about what they are doing. They overcharged me by almost $4 when I had a coupon. When I called to seek a resolution, I got stonewalled with: we will just re apply the coupon next time.They did not seem to understand you overcharged your customer $4 and won't even do anything about it.Not to mention there is a mistake with the order almost every time.I will literally never go back to this location, and drive further for better service.

this place is absolutly awful from the service to the food a total thumbs down, my burger was under cooked and bacon was raw and onion rings were under cooked..you cant really show more disrespect to.the customer then i experienced here.. i dont know why people and other etnicities buy these restaurants and just wanto destroy them. have some respect

I would say This particular location is really horrible when it comes to attitude towards Customers. I thought it may be a 1 off thing but this is My 3rd time. There is this particular lady that is flat out rude and disrespectful. Lord! She basically shut the window in my face when I was asking a question .I hope the Manager is looking into how they treat customers
