I had a really unpleasant experience at the Cityplace A&W. The staff are rude, the food is sloppy and there is tons of fruit flies lingering around! Very unprofessional service.

I tried to use the app to scan a coupon code there but apparently they don't have the ability to do that at this particular location. Needless to say, I didn't order from there and went to McDs instead. My, how far this chain has fallen.

ordered strips and fries, only the strips were hot. the fries were a bit cold and soft, the condiments area had fruit flies flying around.

This place is disgusting! Do not eat here unless you want burnt burgers, workers not washing their hands when they are done using the bathroom and a gross dining room! The workers are all Punjabi of course no surprises there! I remember back in the day it was a nice place to eat, ever since they took over nothing but filth! DISGUSTING 🤢

The food was not good when we picked up, burgers were dried out and fries were really salty.

Place was okay for the location however too small and seems like the workers don’t won’t to serve you but have to stay in business.
