This place is disgusting! Do not eat here unless you want burnt burgers, workers not washing their hands when they are done using the bathroom and a gross dining room! The workers are all Punjabi of course no surprises there! I remember back in the day it was a nice place to eat, ever since they took over nothing but filth! DISGUSTING 🤢
The food was not good when we picked up, burgers were dried out and fries were really salty.
For the store front girl working Saturday evening (12-4-2025)
Thankyou for being non judgemental and professional.
Place was okay for the location however too small and seems like the workers don’t won’t to serve you but have to stay in business.

Went today Sept 25 10 Am to order two burgers and fries. They made me wait but they apologized. I'm okay as long as you give me fresh food and hot fresh fries, Which they did. So yea win win. Also the girl at counter, plump and with specs, she's sweetest. She has a great command on English. She's great. Thanks for your service

Personal very slow ...
This A&W cooks their food too fast & their fries and onion rings are way too greasy.

New review. As I work close to this location and often on a short time frame for lunch, I opt to go here. Unfortunately 90% of the time I get my food and the fries are old and cold. I have to send back all the time. The people at till accept and replace without question, but there is zero quality control. The front line staff need to act on poor food and send back before hitting the customer. The people cooking the food need to ensure it's fresh the first time. Likely this is a standard the management is fine with. Burning your customers with this mentality does not save money. Take my advice, just ask for fresh fries as you order.

I went to Cityplace to check out the farmer's market. I had the A&W teen burger combo my brother had the mozza burger combo. Hot and fresh as I remember and delicious but the prices are getting almost ridiculous.$18.00 for the teen combo

I frequently come after church, just a reminder if customer asks for plain burger, no sauce means nothing on the bread except for onions cheese and burger. I know I only said no mayonnaise, i forgot to include no mustard. Am famished so i ate it. Overall, service has been good whenever I come. Thank you.

Decided to stop by for a bite. Ordered two buddy burgers. It was a 10 minute wait for the order which isn’t too uncommon for a smaller restaurant, usually means the food is going to be relatively fresh. What I received was far from fresh in any way. The buns broke apart and were extremely dry, the tomatoes on the burger were soggy, the lettuce was wilted, the patty itself was comparable to styrofoam in it’s levels of moisture and there was an excessive amount of sauce to try and cover the fact that the rest of the burger was so old. I would’ve taken it back to complain but why wait 10 mins for another burger that might be the same quality (or lack there of).
