This place is so dirty. Absolutely disgusting. Every time I go there every table is filthy and sticky. I always have to wet paper towels and wipe the table.
No diversity among staff, that’s for sure.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were just busy, but it has literally been filthy every time.
Won’t be returning to this location.

I ordered twice from this location today cause no other location pops up, In the morning I ordered Masala veggie burger combo through skip the dishes and they sent me a breakfast platter and just now I ordered same combo with an apple turnover, gladly they sent me the right order but forgot to pack apple turnover. Please help train your staff on packing orders correctly.

I had a truly disappointing experience at the A&W drive-thru today. Despite waiting patiently for several minutes, no one acknowledged my presence or took my order. When we finally pulled up to the window, the staff seemed indifferent and didn't care about the situation at all. It's frustrating to be ignored and receive such poor service. Definitely not what I expected from A&W.
Overpriced for what it is. Can sit down at Montanas and get a proper mean instead of this grease.

We come to pick up breakfast here every Sunday as it is very close to where we live. Every single time we are told to go park and wait "3-5 minutes" for our orders, then it proceeds to be a 15-20 minute wait. The service is terrible. Often all of the parking spots are full out front because everyone else is also waiting for their orders as well. I think more staff may need to be hired. We have also started using their app and ordering ahead of time, we wait 15 minutes before going to pick up and when we get there they still make us wait.. Not sure what the excuse is for that. I hope they hire more staff
