I had a truly disappointing experience at the A&W drive-thru today. Despite waiting patiently for several minutes, no one acknowledged my presence or took my order. When we finally pulled up to the window, the staff seemed indifferent and didn't care about the situation at all. It's frustrating to be ignored and receive such poor service. Definitely not what I expected from A&W.

We come to pick up breakfast here every Sunday as it is very close to where we live. Every single time we are told to go park and wait "3-5 minutes" for our orders, then it proceeds to be a 15-20 minute wait. The service is terrible. Often all of the parking spots are full out front because everyone else is also waiting for their orders as well. I think more staff may need to be hired. We have also started using their app and ordering ahead of time, we wait 15 minutes before going to pick up and when we get there they still make us wait.. Not sure what the excuse is for that. I hope they hire more staff

Walked in, took 3 mins for Sarbijot to come to the counter to take our order. No line. Then beacuse of the delay, we were told we can't order breakfast, it was 11:01. Terrible service. All tables dirty, also flies in November.

Ajj appa drive thru teh gaye c , othe ek paan a is location the bahoot sohna boldi a zamaa politely and foreigner accent ch c and smile rakh k gall karde a and jadon appa ohna nu appreciate kita teh smile nal thank you karta ,menu nam ni I found out that the phone has not been given any specifications and all the staff members have said that the review has brought such a ton, but I have not taken it, but I thought that Sanu would like to appreciate it. On Halloween, the free kids meal was great. The kids had hot, fresh burgers and fries, and even with the kids Crazy lineup, it was fast. The whole family had a good meal out.
