This used to be a good chain restaurant but has gone down hill. Prices for what you get are ridiculous. Service sucks. Last time eating at this restaurant

Ended up with 3 moldy burgers - buns must have been from the same bag 🤢 - I called them to complain and they said they would have a manager call me the next day. Haven’t heard from them in a week. (Only took a pic of one because the other two were dropped off to my daughters house and were already thrown out)

On Monday November 17th we went to A&W on Regent drive thru. Asked for a Paper burger meal and a Teen burger meal burger was cold and the fries were dry and small gravy. She asked if i wanted cheese on my Papa burger I said no. When I got my papa burger home it was a bun with only 2 patties no condiments else and Fries were also dry.Noticing only 1 customer in the restaurant thought it wont take long but still needed to wait 15 minutes for the fresh fries which were dry and cold, and the gravy was watery. We called the next day had the manager appolize and said next time we're in our meals would be free. Today we went back for the meals and was told we could only get the Papa burger free. Then we brought up the conversation from the manager. Well now Roban said we could just get the Papa meal and gravy, so I said we drove all this way back here to watch my husband eat his meal. This Roban at the end said he'd replace our whole order by then we weren't impressed with the service and will never go back. Randy

The go to A&W place. Clean and bright. Love the old Christmas songs playing during my evening visit. It's refreshing yet familiar. Quiet and pleasant here. And there's always a spot that only A&W satisfies.

The french fries were cold and old and the lady at the front counter was observed, using the mop and then going straight to working with food in the drive-through and continuing her work with food without washing her hands.
