I went through the drive through this evening and bought three of the new stacker burgers. I was told the burgers are reminiscent of the old burgers but use the buddy burgers.. When I got home I had three burgers with shoe leather meat in them.. I tried to eat them but once I started eating the burgers were burning my mouth. I had to thrown down the garburator. It was the better part of 20.00 wasted . On a more positive note , the gal who served me was polite and efficient .. slowly but surely A+W is losing my business forever. I am finding so many of the restaurants are inconsistent .. some good and some not .

However, my optimism quickly waned upon encountering a significant obstacle: the restroom facilities were inexplicably locked. This unexpected inconvenience not only disrupted the flow of my visit but also forced me to seek assistance just to access basic amenities. Such a fundamental oversight in a well-known chain establishment speaks volumes about the lack of attention to customer needs.As I navigated this unwelcoming situation, it became apparent that the ethos of hospitality was sorely lacking. The absence of accessible restrooms in a newly built location is not just an oversight but a glaring failure in delivering a satisfactory customer experience. In a world where convenience and comfort are paramount, such oversights are simply unacceptable.Consequently, this disheartening encounter has left an indelible mark on my perception of A&W. Despite the convenience of its location, I find myself compelled to seek alternative dining options for both lunch and coffee. While this decision may entail a few extra meters of travel, the assurance of a welcoming environment and attentive service far outweighs the inconvenience of distance. Until A&W addresses these shortcomings and prioritizes customer satisfaction, I regrettably cannot endorse nor frequent its establishments.

Coworker wanted to use the bathrooom && they said it was customers only. Horrible.

The worst customer service ever. Went in to use the washroom and was told that its for customer use only. Nowhere in the store its written. It was an emergency situation. No humanity in people at all. When approached the manager, she went really rude and didn't even acknowledge the problem. So i left them a $1 and didn't buy anything and just left them that $1 to use the washroom. Manager didn't even gave her name and said do whatever you can do.

Ordered the Beyond Meat Burger Combo. Received a bun with a cutlet without any additions! Thanks for the ruined evening. I do not recommend this establishment. Employees are irresponsible!
