This was the worst A&W I’ve ever had. The onion rings didn’t even taste like A&W’s; they had no seasoning, and the onion peel was still on them! The Teen Burger had more lettuce than anything else.

Just waited 10mins for my mozza burger that I didnt get The 2 coworkers too interested in chatting and forgot to even start my burger.... When i asked about it they said they forgot about it because they served it off the screen before serving to the customer... So whats the reason to have the screens in the first place.... idiots.... She handles money from a customer that just came out of the washroom She dosnt wash her hands then handles cheese ... health code violation.... ... Injust got a refund People are gettimg paid to dick around and no make order for the customers... what a joke

Really bad experience. The girls who were working were arguing about who will make our order in Hindi and took more than 15 minutes. When we came home, we found that the food was really bad. We bought many times from A& W but this was the worst experience. Please check your CCTV, there were only a few customers but you could even see customers ordering and coming back to pickup the order due to wait times.

The workers there are so obvious when they talk smack about customers in their language. I was there earlier and the workers took about 10 minutes to make just one burger and fry as they were busy loudly giggling and gossiping like little girls in the back while staring at customers. The cashier also glared at me blankly when I asked for my food to go, and my burger had one of the patties half mushed up. Terrible customer service, I wouldnt't recommend going here until they get staff that can do their job.

Every single table was dirty, they were not busy when I pulled up they were just standing around near the door, one girl was sitting on her phone behind counter I made a comment about every table being dirty they ignored me I had to go clean off my own table in the back two elderly men sat down at a dirty table and made a comment as well but they didn't come clean table either they just stood behind counter talking to each other
