Got our orders wrong. Sauce on no Sauce, forgot extra bacon and cheese on punching on, cold fries and no season on onion rings, and both burgers wrong, only one punch right and it wasn't read by the cook. Wasn't busy but employees not paying attention. Love a and w and the oinoin rings are my favorite because of the seasoning. Worse experience I have ever had at an a&wDietary restrictions: They don't pay attention to special order

I popped in during Grey Cup half time. Ordered to go A&W onion rings, small gravy, 3 chicken strips with dipping sauce. Oh those onion rings, they were great. Hot, plentiful and crunchy and I love them with that gravy. I would not order the chicken strips again. They were expensive ($9 for 3) formed from ground chicken (?) and very disappointing (should have gone with the teen burger). The jalapeno/ranch dipping sauce was awful.

Was taking food to someone who was in hospital.Asked it to be doubled bagged with lots of condiments Ordered 2 Teenburgers with fries and 1 onion rings.Got to hospital food was cold and for an order of onion rings AND an order of fries I received 1 salt 1 ketchup and 1 vinegar. Well done A&W. Plus the food was cold. Won't be going back.
