Terrible customer service. Went through the drive through and was the only car, no cars in the parking lot waiting for food or in line and they had me waiting 5 minutes at the speaker and still no answer so just left.

Hey these guys demanded to me to delete video footage regardless of what they doing she use bare hands and I asked for for health reason why to use gloves she claimed she shouldn't they threatened me with the cops if I did delete the video then aggressive again I just asked polite use gloves she refused discard of this she approved me aggressive with other employee I cancel order and want to make sure it goes back to my mother that's not fair I use to work for a&w ans they program in canada health for food gloves not fair I'm a criminal for saying this here's a video after being threatened by threatened by employees to get out for there behavior can anyone say this is wrong .

The staff working at this location January 23rd, 2025 about 7:00 were quick, organized and very friendly despite a bit of a rush. I honestly have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant I've ever been at. Far better experience that one would expect from this type of establishment. I sincerely hope management recognizes the value of these employees.

Went threw the drive thru got the 2 can dine teen or mozza combos. Well asked for one teen combo nd one mozza combo. The mozza burger was asked with no veggies. But wat we got was 2 mozza burger combos nd both came with veggies. Didnt even get our teen( burger). When i phoned back to complain the manager called me a liar. And wouldnt refund or make me the correct stuff even after i said i would drive back there and waste gas to show her. Very poor customer service, very poor English we had to repeat ourselves 4 times with our order and still they didnt get it right. I would not recommend this store to anyone and has made my experience very bad nd might not even go to A&W. Oh and our drinks were piss warm. Warm rootbeer isnt very good.

The service is very slow, being ignored by staff. Watched 5 cars go through the drive thru before the lady in front of me got served. 6 orders later I finally received my order.

When I ordered my meal, the counter was covered with debris, they put my food on that counter without cleaning it. Also, buddy doesn't even wash his hands at all. By the looks of it management doesn't even look at reviews either, so let this be a warning to every one else.

Still one of the last bastions of fast food.. Good good, had to use coupons though as prices are just too high a Rodd the board. I will only go here moving forward. Not many places have reasonable priced ff anymore...

I ordered Teen burgers online by UberEats from this A&W. However I can’t understand, how’s work promotion with Teen burger? I ordered 2 Teen burgers and didn’t get no additional burgers… What’s wrong? I’m confused… No receipt on the bag, it was 2 different burgers… I feel blue.
