I ordered Teen burgers online by UberEats from this A&W. However I can’t understand, how’s work promotion with Teen burger? I ordered 2 Teen burgers and didn’t get no additional burgers… What’s wrong? I’m confused… No receipt on the bag, it was 2 different burgers… I feel blue.

Food was cold. And the papa burger had only 1 patty and it should of come with 2 patties . This has happened in the past. Sorry doesn’t cut it, and they do not include the receipt so you can’t prove the order. This is a location with too many faults as mentioned this has happened before.

I'm not sure if my memory is going but it seems the burgers are getting smaller and smaller! I know I did not order off the children's menu but my goodness did it ever seem small.I had the spicy chicken habanero burger. Not what I would call spicy. the small bun was size appropriate for the small chicken patty. The fries were a miss. A bit soggy and unseasoned. The chicken fingers were okay and of course the root beer was good.I definitely would never order the habanero burger again so I'll stick to the classics of the family line.Kudos to the staff for bringing the meal out to the car once it was ready!
The staff are always really nice and friendly, food is made hot and fresh too and I've never been disappointed with my orders.

went to Portage la Prairies A&W. in the past the staff have been nice. today, Aug 26 2022, the staff behind the counter were verbally talking about how they didn't know how to do their job. they talked loudly with each other joking about not knowing how to prepare drinks or have the ability to remeber what tea customers order. it was very unprofessional.

Very slow slow drive thru service - its unacceptable to wait that long for a simple order & the coffee tastes watered down, just awful! Went back the 2nd time, same issue, will not return ever.
