Ordered food thru drive thru for family of 5. Went home and missing some food in the bag. Called the location and they said they can't delivery. They won't even offer me a refund and told me to pick it up in the morning. I said it's for dinner and tomorrow morning is not dinner. I asked to talk to the manager, someone put me on hold and made me wait a long time and no one picked up the phone. I hung up and recalled, apparently there was no manager so they made me wait for nothing. CHANDRA told me that it's the customers' responsibility to check the order is complete even tho they are the one who bagged it and supposed to check that the order is complete from their checklist then give it to the customer. So apparently I have to dig 4 bags full of food to check if all are there after waiting 15 minutes already. They have no accountability at all. Not going to that place again. Hopefully you can hire better people.

Would have rated higher but took over 10 mins for 2x5oz burger patties, bacon, 2 eggs and cheddar cheese.
I appreciate that they probably cooked them fresh but surely they have these burgers on hand for grandpa burgers or does everyone have to wait this long.
They could have said there'd be a wait, but nothing was said.
What also marked my rating down is that I didn't get any cutlery, so had to use my fingers... surely it would be a given, or am I asking too much, appears I did

I ordered a simple teen burger, and I got a hamburger with lettuce, tomato, and ketchup. No teen burger sauce, just extra ketchup. This was my final try to go here to enjoy an old favorite as they have made several similar mistakes the last few times I went. I can no longer say they are mistakes as I am starting to believe they do not care and there is no quality control. I will never come back. They have shown me that it would be a waste of my time and money too many times already. I will miss you, A&W, goodbye.

Also, $13 for a teen burger (made wrong) and a root beer, just bad business all around.

Went in to order 2 teen burgers one with fries and root beer, one with onion rings and root beer. This was your chance to redeem yourselves after not getting my order right the last 4 times. You got it wrong again! No onion rings, only one strip of bacon on the burger, the burger was dry and lackingnin flavor, im starting to take it personaly. Please start paying attention to your orders. 5 messed up ordersnin a row is to many!

Ridiculous Prices for Basic Food

I recently visited A&W and ordered a Double Teen Burger combo, substituted the fries for a poutine, and added onion rings. Imagine my shock when I saw the total—over $30 for a fast food meal! Are you kidding me?

A&W used to be a place for affordable, quality food, but now it feels like you need a loan just to grab a quick bite. Charging this much for what’s essentially just a burger, poutine, and onion rings is absurd. There are plenty of sit-down restaurants where I can get a better meal for less. This pricing is completely out of line for fast food, and honestly, it’s left me questioning if I’ll ever return. Definitely not worth it.

This is probably the best a&w I’ve been too. The staff look like they actually enjoy their jobs, they have regulars they are very kind too. The food was hot and took a good amount of time to serve! The place was clean. Great staff working so close to a hospital so are bound to have many visitors.

Worst A&W I have been to. The food took 10min to be delivered to the car, the fountain Diet Coke tasted like all the fountain pop flavors mixed together. The spicy habinero chicken burger had zero spice on it. Would recommend against.

Worst customer service had a coupon was double charged young lady just said that's the price only 4 onion rings and they were not cooked
