Ordered a burger and got basically Raw hamburger called in and all that manager did was give me excuses. Pathetic and disgusting service. I got sick and this is how she treats the issue is by giving excuses for their lack of understanding how to cook a burger properly.

I visited on the morning of September 9th during the breakfast rush and was very disappointed with the service. The staff member （ white girl) at the front was extremely rude and impatient , not only with me but also with other customers which was upsetting since most of the morning crowd seniors . Customers deserve patience and respect and unfortunately that was not shown here.

Always Reliable — Especially Late at Night!
A&W has become my go-to spot for late-night cravings. What I really appreciate is their consistent quality — no matter what time I go, the food is always fresh, hot, and exactly what I expect.

4th time they forgot food in the drive-thru. Low key wondering if they just eat what people don't drive off with.

Drive here and they won't give me meat in the middle of the night .

They will only do chicken burgers .

Go home and order on Uber eats and I get meat but have to pay much more .

Seems to me the staff aren't doing their job and it's just pure laziness .

Hopefully the owner sees this and learns the staff are turning people away at the drive through at night so they can sit on their phone and do nothing .

Food has gone down hill. Tasteless and not worth the price or time. Given it 3 tries in the 6 months or so thinking it might improve . It has not.

Went for the breakfast they have and damm good for the dollar.
