The drive-through today, it was one of the worst experiences I had. The tap wasn’t working. The girl was talking to somebody else and the stick was moving all over the place, I finally grabbed the stick and inserted my card and she seemed to get upset with me. I didn’t even have a napkin in my bag. It felt like I was paying her to have the pleasure privilege of eating their food that I paid for. As my service was so poor don’t think that I’m going to be visiting this A&W Again. whatever happened to customer service?

Pretty good as usual. They are quite consistent along with other locations, which is great. I like that they still give out the frosted mugs when dining in. Their poutine continues to be tasty and the burger was good, though not overly memorable, I had one of the spicy chicken ones (habanero?).Parking: Located on the North and West sides of the restaurant, the drive-through runs through it essentially so be cautious of other drivers especially.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground-level restaurant, no ramps/stairs so easy access. I believe there's a push-button for the main doors at least.

I've used the drive thru here many times with no - minimal issues.Decided to order online a few minutes before arriving for dine in, and brought my little one to have lunch. Immediately noticed nearly every available table and the floors were filthy. Waited for someone placing an order at mobile order pickup to finish. Went up to see about my order, she realized I had a mobile order and got my son's drink while we sat and waited another 15 minutes for our meal. The garbages behind our table were full our entire visit, an employee did come to swap the dirty dish bin beside it at one point while simultaneously stating it was time for her break over her headset to the staff at the counter, garbages were left full.As I left about 45 minutes after arriving, still not one table had been cleaned nor had the several messes on the floor under tables.Definitely put a sour taste in my mouth as to how they run the cleanliness of the store, if it's that bad in front of house I can't even imagine back of house.Overall food was fine, I mean it's fast food. Hit the expectations and delicious as usual. Just makes me a little more leery about returning given the staffs ability to delegate and complete basic cleaning especially at the beginning of a lunch rush (I visited from 12:35-1:15 ish).

I am so upset right now!! I watched a lovely senior couple try to redeem a coupon, and they were told the coupon was a misprint. How are they supposed to know that???? The coupon said $15 and change and they were charged $18. When the young lady was talking to them she said, "It's not my fault it is (the coupon) wrong..." It wasn't the couple's fault either!!What should have happened is that the customer got the meal at the price indicated on the coupon, the employee took the issue up with the manager/owner, and you would have been down a meer $3, but had happy and appreciative customers. The attitude of the employee didn't help either. Now you have lost respect of a number of repeat customers and their business...because this transaction was done at a peak lunch time. Way to go!

When I'm back home in Winnipeg, A&W is a must stop! The teen burger and onion rings is a classic must have. Very flavourful!Service was a drive-thru.....not friendly, but at least the food is worth it!

Paid cash and it seemed like the cashier had no idea how to process the payment. The onion rings were bland and my beef patty was tough. Very little lettuce and way too many red onions.

Love this for their affordable breakfast! Nice and clean as well as friendly service!
Twice in a row teen burgers are terrible!The buns are different not in a good way and you had to look pretty hard to find the tiny pieces of bacon, as well tomato and lettuce was not fresh! Also onion rings were way over salted.Something has changed with quality controlWe will not be back, there are way better burgers elsewhere for our money!

Haven't been to A&W in ages. Took my mother for lunch, one of her favorite places. Everything was great except the fruit flies. There were also a lot of dead ones on the ledges. Everything else was spotless. Employees were friendly and courteous. Food was good.
