Would rate this place zero out of five stars if I could. Employees cannot understand English and always forget to put items in the bag. Horrible customer service. Onion rings were all fused together and cold. Make sure you check your orders. Don’t go here!

I went to pick up someone’s order from Skip just few minutes ago, and the lady with turban was on shift. She behaved very poorly and ill- mannered. I was treated so badly like i have done something wrong to her.

Always seem to be missing items in the drive thru order. Either have to check whenever I get my order at the window or having to call them when I get home. But even when calling to inform them of missing orders the manager argues saying she packed it herself, seems so self conceited and doesn’t apologize. Lacking customer service especially from the managers!
