I really enjoy coming to A&W . The burgers taste fresh, and the staff are always polite. The restaurant was clean and my order cane out quickly. Would definitely come back.

I miss the old A&W food, not sure what they are thinking changing menu items to save a buck. Ordered 2 meals, onion rings were terrible, not seasoned, super thick and not the same as I remember. Had a strawberry shake which was not a shake at all, ice and cream and strawberry flavoring, watered down and terrible with a strange taste to it. The burger was alright, but nothing like they used to be. I called and the lady had the audacity to sit there and argue with me over the phone, I'm appalled that this is their new level of customer service, but seeing the reviews, I can see why. I'll go elsewhere for burgers, spend the same amount for far better quality and service.

Sunday early evening take out.The worst teen burger I have ever had Ingredients were mushy and bun was dry.Fries were good but some of the onion rings were undercooked.Coke tasted flat and not very cold Really disappointed.Glad I used a coupon and didn't spend 60.00 for 3 people Was just under 50.00.I think that I am done eating A & W.Better burgers out there for similiar price.

A very pleasant New Year's day experience at the A&W on henderson. I had received a gift card for Christmas and was having difficulty redeeming it. Kiran, a wonderful smiling employee, while handling orders and the drive thru,was able to enter the necessary information on my cell phone and I was able to order delicious food available on my app.The breakfast items available at 8pm was prepared incredibly well by Karan. Thank you

$17 for one bland burger and bland onion rings?! I havent eaten at A&W in years but I remember the onion rings being well seasoned. This wasnt the case at all tonight. I ate it because I was hungry but nothing had flavour whatsoever and I was left extremely disappointed. Thanks for reminding me why I never eat here. What a waste of money.

I ordered 4 spicy Chipotle wraps with NO CHIPOTLE sauce and ALL 4 have Chipotle sauce. When I call to talk to someone they just ignore phone.
