Stopped by the A&W on Pembina Strip today and the service was absolutely amazing! Khushi was super friendly and welcoming, Sheuy (the sweetest!) brought such great energy and even added a touch of humor that made the experience unforgettable, Anaut was quick and efficient while still being attentive, and Josh made sure everything was perfectly organized and double-checked before I left. Such a great team and awesome service, positive vibes, and definitely a place I’ll be coming back to! 🍔🥤👏

Today is 2025/09/18 21:02, the long wait on the drive through, but we can clearly see the male staff with turban cross his arm, leaning against the counter, chatting with the other 2 girls for quite a while, then slowly put on the headphone, it really makes us upset when seeing a long line waiting but the staffs obviously don’t care.

Horrible atmosphere. Everytime we go staff keeps shouting in their language and while on their lunch they are on their phones with no headphones on for the whole restaurant to hear what tiktok videos they're watching. Horrifying. Food is always great. Staff needs training for etiquette and service.
The night staff does an amazing job. The staff remembers ur order even if u miss something they know ur taste now!! Fabulous job guys!! And special thnx to Jigar.
