Ordered the mama mushroom mozzarella burger combo. The mushrooms went bad. I have had this burger so many times before, and it has never been this way.
The person working at the counter refused to initially replace with anything else, stating "you can pay for something else if you don't like it". I had to BEG her to replace it with something that didn't have the mushrooms. She ended up replacing it with a mama burger, no cheese. $9 value for $15.
Do not order the mushrooms from here! š¤¢
Note: All the booths were super dirty so that's why only 1 star for the atmosphere. Hard to find a table.

This location has courteous and exceptionally friendly staff with well above average service. Good, hot food and cold drinks. Comfortable inside service until 10 PM, and 24-hours 7 days a week drive thru service.

Hello , everyone today i would like to share the todays s experience that was terrible .I ordered beyond meat with sweet potato fries and it was very first I was trying the sweet potato fries . When I tried it I did not like it Because was so oily . So i just eat only one fries and ask the girl(Rabia D )who serve me said I cannot do that . I can understand that but the ways she said was quite rude . Even though I m regular customer here they didnāt even care . The evening staff was also making fun of other customers in their own a language . Terrible service and staff . I wonāt recommend any body to go there . Thanks

Horrible experience, I myself being an immigrant but Indian lady I was dealing with was ignorant and refused to comprehend my request. No sesame seeds on the bun, an unseeded bun!!! Omg a 4 year old can take my order better than her. Donāt come at me that it was my accent!

My name is Linda. On the morning of November 25, I had breakfast and realized that I had forgotten my bag when I left the restaurant. I returned 20 minutes later, and the waitress recognized me. She was very friendly and asked the supervisor to bring my bag to me. The supervisor checked my driver's license to confirm my identity. Inside the purse, there was some cash and my credit cards, and it was very important for me to get it back. I am grateful to them for their help.
