Good selection of hot food and the menu changes daily from roast beef/ ham and fried chicken, Asian etc. Lovely salad/soup/dessert bar always. Buffet served from 11:30 - 1:30 which is my only complaint, another hour ( or even 1/2 hr.) of availability would make it ideal!

Worst buffet I’ve ever had $90.00 for two people. Got there at 5 for dinner third person seated! Crab legs fishy and stuck to shell under cooked. One bite passed. Mussels were so over cooked and awe full fishy they had gone bad. Friend had some not opened told them don’t eat those ones. Hair in the sauté shrimp that was nasty! Soup taste like watery parsley lots of old chicken. Very bland, tip YouTube a recipe Chicken keel was so dry couldn’t eat the skin was like leather. Roast beef was old cold and tasted freezer burnt. Calamari was small but ok and fried shrimp were good. Deserts were cheep dry pre frozen. Best part was fruit. Black forest cake whip cream dried out. The frozen tiny lemon meringue was the best option. I said when I paid worst buffet ever! I’d never go back or recommend waisting money here! Left hungry and dissatisfied! Go to red lobster get better seafood. Whoever is running that kitchen should be embarrassed. I heard after leaving, that the regent location is way better for what it’s worth from another foodie family with younger kids. Picture is all the meat off legs. Waisted time pulling all the meat to find out it was bad spit it out! Most of the food seemed like it was prepared hours before. Orange jello tasted like mango or apricot was a surprise. Wasn’t bad.

I did not enjoy the buffet. The pork loin was tough, the meatballs had no taste, the cabbage rolls needed more cooking time, perogies were ok, salad bar was ok and dessert bar was ok. Was it worth almost $30 per person? Nope. Would I return? Nope. Would I recommend it to someone? Nope. Service was ok.

We went for the new years eve buffet tonight. The service was terrible. The servers didn't even come to refill our water or take dirty dishes. The food was ok. The only great service we got was from the buffet server/cook named Sabrina. She even helped take care of another customer table who was asking for water cause their server didn't come to help them either. Seemed very unorganized. We won't be back.

Went for the 2023 New Years Eve buffet. Food was not good at all. The only good thing was the salad bar. Service was non existent and when paying the cashier left the counter and the manager sat on his phone behind the counter until I asked for assistance to pay. Will not eat there again.

We made the reservation last month for my mother in laws birthday. As my wife call for details on the menu the receptionist cant hardly say what are the food that they serving for weekend dinner. Its almost all answer is “ yes/ we have?! “ but cannot specify the food they have. So we ended up making the reservation. So when we dine in on the date. And to our surprise and definitely stun that the food that they have are - dried pasta-meat balls-chicken ball-cake from superstore or walmart i guess - roast beef?? Buffet? It was even not a buffet as there are staff that do serving per plate. Cannot expect this kind of food on a hotel-Altos. Very dissapointing. Money worth? Not even close and wouldnt pay even for this food not worth it. Told the manager that the cheese cake is not available and reply to me “ yes we will refill immediately” after an hour NOTHING HAPPEN! Even seeing him checking on the table. to sum it all in 2 words .. 1. DISSAPOINTING 2. NOT WORTH IT.
