Polo Park has gone down hill. I was there during Christmas for a work lunch, very good. This time we went for a family birthday. Some of the worst service ever, food was over priced and sub par. Some junkie was in the women's bathroom washing her hair. This used to be a nice place to visit I've been there many times for dinners and parties.

Easter Sunday dinner. Very good. So busy but our servers were excellent. This comment is for the chef. I realize you probably outsourced your cabbage rolls. But please ensure that they are cooked. I was looking forward to enjoy a few. I couldn’t even cut them with a knife the cabbage was not cooked properly. I make my own and after rolling they have to be cooked for at least 2 hours before serving. Thanks for reading I hope this will be helpful

Excellent salad bar. Dessert bar is quite large. Lots of meat dishes at the hot food section. Our server Gerald was fantastic! Only downside was finding the right door to get in. They need better signage!

The main course food was awful. Normally I can stomach through a meal even if it's bad but this was absolutely disgusting. My friend and I both have the worst stomach aches now too. Dessert was good. Soup and salad were nice. But the main meal, perogies cabbage rolls veggies meatballs etc were so bad. I'm sorry for the bad review but do better.

We had a great family time at Altos Polo Park. It was seafood night. The crab legs were fun to eat, the shrimp were tasty, and the roast beef was so tender. Marc, our server, was excellent.
Service was quick, food was fresh, servers were lovely. Specifically Ellie who was our server and made sure our experience was enjoyable! Best restaurant I’ve been to by far! 10/10 recommend for anyone driving by or living in portage looking for a new place to eat!

Just went there with family for a Christmas buffet. We both agreed that this was one of the worst offerings in the entire city. Be forewarned that you will wait 30 minutes for a meal that is not worth a 10 minute wait. Very small portions of turkey and the gravy, stuffing, sides and main course would all easily rank as 1 star. The dessert was the only thing worth eating but the turkey and ham were not worth the $40 price tag. I would suggest making reservations at another franchise restaurant on Christmas Eve, instead. We both regret going there except for the atomosphere and the conscientious service of waiting staff.

Worst Christmas Buffet unorganized 30 mins line to get your food the when ready to pay another 25 mins. to pay! Spent more time standing in line than eating. Food was horrible and way to crowded! We were a party of 14 instead of putting us together we had 2 separate tables so now we can't be a family together what the hell! So if your handicap you still have to stand in line for 30 mins.the pain of standing! Had to flag down a waitress not enough servers! Who ever organized this Christmas Buffet all I can say is do better!! We will not be coming back next year! I DO NOT recommend this place!
