My buddy and I frequently come here for the buffet even though there’s another Altos Buffet closer to where we live in because of the service and in my opinion the food is better, our drinks are always topped up, our empty plates always taken quickly and Kapil, who I assume is the restaurant manager always greets us with enthusiasm and we always end up chatting before we leave. As long as they continue this type of service, we will still come.

Went for breakfast and it was horrible, I had
the breakfast buffet price for a scoop of hash browns and two sausages , I asked the waitress about the lunch buffet she said started at 11 then came back and said no lunch buffet only lunch menu ! Not impressed then didn’t even offer to take the 16.99 of the bill ! Never again would I come here

Unfortunately they no longer offer the Monday dinner buffet at the lunch price. I haven't been here in over a year, and I'm sad to say the food quality has also gone down to.

The fresh carved ham was kind if dry and barely above room temperature, the egg for the Benedict was hard, bacon & sausage was barely cooked and the coffee was pretty bad. Service was great though.

Excellent service and value. We frequent the Seafood Buffet Dinner evenings and always receive warm and friendly customer service from Kapil and staff. There is an excellent variety of food options and the salmon with Dijon sauces is especially delicious. We love all of the soup and desert selections, and really enjoy the bread pudding and Naniomo bars. The ice cream area is super fun as there are so many toppings to choose from. I also enjoy receiving reward points for meal purchases as well. Would love to see some low to no sugar dessert options in future if possible, however.
Parking: If there’s no event, there’s usually plenty of parking. Otherwise, recommend arriving early on event night to ensure a spot closer to the entrance. Accessible spots are offered but having more of them would be appreciated.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for those with disabilities to access.

We ordered the buffet. It was served by a nice lady. But there wasn't much protein selection. Only meatballs, chicken balls and turkey...No gravy. The garlic mashed potatoes were instant. Everything tasted like cardboard. No flavour and we ate a few bites, paid for it and left. It was the worst buffet and I would not recommend it. And our server was nice. Poor menu for a buffet. Won't go there again. It was disappointing.

My girlfriend and I frequently go to the Club Regent Aalto’s buffet.
We both love it! The food is great and the choices change depending on the day you go. Lots of salad bar choices and a great dessert selection as well which includes soft serve ice cream and all the topping for your own sundae creation. The management and staff are always friendly and willing to answer any questions.
It’s definitely our favourite place to eat!

Very unimpressed with the food but more importantly the service.
I've been twice in the last 2 weeks. The first time, they had the wrong signage and labeled clam chowder soup, perogie bacon soup. Thankfully I'm not allergic but it's definitely a dangerous mistake to be making.
The second time, (and the last time as I won't be returning) our party of 3 all waited well over 10 min before anyone came by to ask for our drinks. Then over another 35 min waiting for our breakfasts. To make matters worse once the food arrived all 3 meals were dry and had been clearly sitting out. My Mom had asked for jam and peanut butter (ha to flag down a waitress multiple times) and her food was cold long before actually recieving it.
When we raised awarness to the manager she was then nothing but rude and proceeded to accuse us of calling " a staff member vulgar names" which absolutely never happened. All 3 of us then left after being charged full price for meals we didnt even eat. We went elsewhere to enjoy breakfast. We will not be returning.

Our several years of dining here with ourselves or with family has been utmost outstanding, especially when being greeted & seated to our seats as well as being thanked upon exiting. The 1 specific manager or assistant manager deserves an award for always recognizing his regulars. We can be there 1 night to 1-2 weeks later or as long as 3-4 months later & always greatest memory knowing we are regulars or that we said we would be back attending a specific show at the event center. We are always recognized as one of his faves as regulars. Selection in buffet to desserts, to soups is wide. Kapil goes beyond customer service! Smiles & friendly & more. And most of serving staff there are always happy to help & serve you.
Parking: If you don’t want to park outside on the south, north or east parking lot of Canad Inns Club Regent for hotel or Aaltos, there is 3 levels of their parkade too park.
