Canad Inns Destination Centre Garden City

First hotel I’ve seen lobby washrooms locked, ice on second floor far end of hallway. Restaurant opens not till 8, front desk clerk didn’t know about promotion for restaurant coupons. This hotel needs an update , very in the dark age .

Really good food and good service very friendly staff and good price for the food

No drinking water onsite to fill up drinking bottles. Vending machine was empty for drinking water. This alone makes me want to give the establishment 1 star.

However, the staff are friendly, the pool is decent, and the rooms functional with decent water pressure and amenities.

(Fujitsu heatpump was not working in room and nor was Dimpled electric fireplace for heat)

Well is it really fun the water slide is the best part I went on it so many times but the little pool needs a better bottom. Oh yeah forgot to mention the beds were not the best.

Made reservations with booking.com but when I arrived there was a problem. It was all sorted but pricing went up considerably from morning to evening.

I’m giving two separate reviews here. First one could’ve been zero star if there’s a choice. We checked in one of their rooms because we have a birthday event that day. We paid so much for the event, my daughter who had her birthday came to our room got harassed outside of the hallway, card to enter our room suddenly wouldn’t work. Went to the front desk and said that is not our room, when we’re literally been in and out room to change clothes for the event. My daughter came back to me crying, hysterical to just go home and not stay overnight to sleep here. I went to the front desk front desk and asked for explanation. Dentine and Monika at the front desk, said our room doesn’t belong to us and someone checked in before 11 pm and asked to put all our stuff away in our room. Frantic and about to explode and trying to hold emotions said they have no right to touch our things, front desk asking for proof of checking in that room. Holding my card passes with room number on it still asking for more proof. “You guys are impossible and NOT UNDERSTANDING AT ALL!!! We’re so devastated and mad we had to check out there and then even though they still insist that room doesn’t belong to us and giving us a different room. Would u be comfortable and safe still to stay??? NO WAY!!! WE TOOK ALL THE STUFF THAT THEY TOOK IN OUR ROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION AT ALL!!! NOT THINKING AT ALL!!! HERE IS ONE OF THE STUFF THEY TOOK IN OUR ROOM IN A VERY DISRESPECTFUL CONDITION. That’s a very expensive dress that u JUST TOSSED IN THE BAG LIKE With GARBAGE. YOU’ll here more from me. DONT WORRY AT ALL I WON’t let this pass.

Canad Inns Destination Centre Garden City is fantastic! Spacious rooms, comfy beds, and spotless everywhere. Friendly staff, solid breakfast, and easy access to shops. Pool and gym are perks. Great value stay!

Found there to be a smell in the room like stinking socks or wet dog. No pen and paper to be found anywhere. Also ask if I could put a very small amount of food in a freezer for a few hours but was denied.At on time complimentary . bottled water were in the rooms. That was nowhere to be seen.

Rooms could use an Ozone de-odor treatment.

We booked a suite for a swim birthday party. The kids had a blast, was nice because the pool area was otherwise quiet, the waterslide is def the highlight. The room was clean and the beds are very

Went here for breakfast at Altos and it was great. Fresh, clean and great service. Can't deal breakfast for under 5 bucks plus your drink

Very nice room. Comfortable bed, large room and fluffy pillows. I will be staying here again.

A small group of us went for breakfast at the Altos, located in Canad Inns. It was a very pleasant.

Get the expensive rooms on 3 floor mold all around windows smelled bad brown water
