Rooms could use an Ozone de-odor treatment.

We booked a suite for a swim birthday party. The kids had a blast, was nice because the pool area was otherwise quiet, the waterslide is def the highlight. The room was clean and the beds are very

Went here for breakfast at Altos and it was great. Fresh, clean and great service. Can't deal breakfast for under 5 bucks plus your drink

Very nice room. Comfortable bed, large room and fluffy pillows. I will be staying here again.

A small group of us went for breakfast at the Altos, located in Canad Inns. It was a very pleasant.

Get the expensive rooms on 3 floor mold all around windows smelled bad brown water

Rudeeee staff don’t even have any hospitality when you enter they look at you look your an animal lol never would recommend this hotel very nasty and the staff are just rude

We ordered take home dinner for 5 people.
We had the turkey and found it was enough food for 5 plus a toddler. We did add our own dessert and rice.
We were not fond of the provided salad dressing and used our own. We did not receive the pierogis only the sour cream.
No one got back to us when we called to inform them.

could see. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. When I first sat on the corner of the bed upon arrival, I pretty much slide right off with how low I sunk. It was very lumpy and sunk down in the middle as well. My final night, the floor and other guests were very loud. There were kids running the halls late into the night and other guests partying. I was woken up multiple times throughout the night. I had to leave for a flight around 3:30am. When I was walking to the elevator to leave, there were a couple rooms with their doors slightly ajar and were quite loud. I felt bad for those that were closer to these rooms as I could hear them loud from my room. When I was in the lobby, I mentioned how the floor was loud. The front desk employee stated that they were aware and that security had talked to these guests. I don’t think that these guests having their doors slightly ajar helped the situation and this should’ve been addressed in my opinion. For $120/night, this hotel did not meet my expectations. I would not return. The accumulation of all these complaints is what influences this decision.

Do not eat here. Sticky tables. Dirty glasses, someone's lipstick on our glasses. Filthy place. Food was mediocre at best. Manager didn't even bother to apologize for the filth. Will be calling health inspectors. Gross.

Location is great being near the hospital, but the service was horrible, I was treated very unfairly and horribly, do not stay here

Stayed here for 5 days 4 nights for an event that brought me to Winnipeg. The room was on the first floor near the pool. If you do not want loud kids running around request a different floor. I had no problem with the noise.

Unfortunately the room was a bit dirty. Still had dirt that was not vacuumed and the room smelled like someone had smoked in there. It's difficult to get the smoke smell out and as soon as I got home from this trip I could smell my suitcase and clothes smelled like the room.

I ate breakfast here mostly every morning. Staff were friendly and polite.

Overall stay was okay minus the cleanliness. Staff were great and kind which helped make the stay bearable.

Location is near a frescho and close to a mall which I was able to walk to. Good location.

Goodmemories with my old friends at work...

Our family had a double birthday celebration event last March 22, 2025 and the event went smoothly and everyone that attended had a good time.

Making a reservation was easy. Coordination with the staff was great. Our family was pleased with the overall experience.
