Nice large restaurant. Great for big groups. Food is average. Service could have been faster but we were able to sit and chat for a long time and no one else is waiting for tables

Maria was very entertaining and welcoming. Great atmosphere and many homestyle favourites on the menu. Soup, salad and dessert bar was well stocked with fresh food that was delicious. Hot apple crisp with ice cream was amazing to finish.

We returned to the Aaltos soup and sandwich weekday buffet after 6 years! We can’t believe that we hadn’t been back sooner as the choice of soups salads and desserts was impressive and of good quality. I was particularly impressed with the staff, friendly helpful and professional. In particular the server behind the hot counter continually kept the area clean tidy and well stocked. We will be back very soon!
