It’s okay, but while ordering a drink the, what seemed like the manager, passed my order to another employee, like he was too important to help a customer. If that was the manger, this place needs a new one!

Since the remodel a.few years ago, this has been our goto spot for family affordable fun.

I took my granddaughter there for an evening of bowling and had a dissapointing experience. Partway through our time, a group of 4 were given the lane directly beside us. The group was vaping while they were playing. It was coming in our direction, and since my granddaughter is asthmatic, I did gently ask them not to - they fired off a couple of expletives and continued on. Just as I was going to speak with a staff member, one of the staff members went to do "something" on the lane right beside them and observed them vaping. The staff member did nothing. At that point, I decided it was not worth the trouble and we left. I was very dissapointed in the staff members lack of action. This is definitely not a family-friendly facility.

We had a birthday bowling party for MY birthday on Sunday afternoon with family ranging in ages 2 to seniors.. A perfect event for everyone! The employees were so very accommodating to our party.. they helped to make the event.. There was an issue with one of our lanes and they quickly remedied the situation. When food and drinks were brought out, they did so efficiently and pleasantly. Because the lanes were not busy, we were able to stay a bit after our bowling was done so we could have our birthday dessert and I could open my family present. ❤️ Thank you so much... We will be back!!!
I had my son's birthday party here and staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. Everything was set up from the moment we walked in and taken care of until the moment we walked out. All the necessities (plates, cups, cutlery, napkins) were ready and available in our party space and staff was always on hand to answer questions or refill what we needed, without being asked. The layout is great too, with the arcade area being separate from the bowling and somewhat contained (which is good when you have a bunch of kids you're supervising!). The best kids' party experience we've had. Thank you!

When I got to the street mall I was a bit scared as the place looked abandoned. It was in a basement and the windows were covered. But the place is in good shape and it was well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised once we got in. And it wasn't crowded at all on a Sunday.
