I had my son's birthday party here and staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. Everything was set up from the moment we walked in and taken care of until the moment we walked out. All the necessities (plates, cups, cutlery, napkins) were ready and available in our party space and staff was always on hand to answer questions or refill what we needed, without being asked. When I got to the street mall I was a bit scared as the place looked abandoned. It was in a basement and the windows were covered. But the place is in good shape and it was well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised once we got in. And it wasn't crowded at all on a Sunday.

The employees were so very accommodating to our party.. they helped to make the event.. There was an issue with one of our lanes and they quickly remedied the situation. When food and drinks were brought out, they did so efficiently and pleasantly.
Because the lanes were not busy, we were able to stay a bit after our bowling...
