I just called the restaurant at 7 eish and the person I talked to was very rude and hanged up on me while placing my order. Called back went to voicemail.

Terrible Service – Rude and Unprofessional owner
I visited on March 22 in this restaurant with my friends, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The service was very Unprofessional and outright rude. From the moment we walked in, the owner's wife acted like we were an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. If you value good customer service, avoid this place, The level of disrespect here was shocking. Hopefully, the management takes this seriously and trains their staff to treat customers with basic decency.

I visited this restaurant on the evening of March 22nd along with my friends and we were treated so terribly by the owner’s wife. From the moment we walked in until we left, the service was very poor, and she made us feel like we were unimportant and unwelcome. I hope the management takes this matter seriously as services like this only decrease the number of customers in the future.

Visited on Saturday night, March 22, 2025. The wife of the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my friends. Her behavior ruined our experience. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Even, she refused us to separate our bill. I asked her to contact the manager and she told us that she is the owner and she told us we cant do anything. And they deleted my comment from their instagram section.

Trust me when I say this… nasty nasty ass shawarma coz that’s all they got.

The vibes and atmosphere here is immaculate. My friends and I chatted for hours; there was no pressure or rush to leave. Their late hours are appreciated since other parts of the city cease to exist after 9pm.

The only gripe I have is that the kebbeh were a bit small. Otherwise, the tea was lovely and I've been enlightened to the deliciousness of kunefa.

We didn't do hookah, but maybe next time!

The food was terrible, and when I complained about the lack of salt and the overall quality, the manager responded with attitude, insisting that most people find it fine and salty. She was disrespectful and dismissive, showing no courtesy. When I mentioned that I had tried similar dishes before, she continued to argue in a disrespectful manner. It was a complete waste of a night.

Tried this place for lunch for the first time as I love middle eastern food. And this is not it. The restaurant itself has a cool decor but the food was mediocre at best, small portions and expensive. The vibe also felt off, one guy working doing the serving and cooking and I didn’t feel like it was particularly sanitary. There are far better options in the city. I typically don’t leave bad reviews but I really didn’t enjoy my experience there.

Went for lunch and we wanted to dine in, the restaurant was not clean it was all dusty and badly mopped could se dusty marks on the floor, food was average the quantity was less for the price we paid... We waited almost 30 minutes for the food the basket the pita bread was served was broken... They should improve their cleaniness for the amount they are charging for the food additional to the quantity for the price charged... The customer service needs improvement.

Loved this place when they 1st opened in Pembina. Been going frequently & referring to a lot of people. But somehow things changed & the food isn't consistent.

The hookah was very good. And they have the larger square coals you just have to ask for them. Nice flavors too. Food is good, the hummus and falafel were good. But just had as a snack.
