Top quality food, reasonably priced along with great service. They always have specials which in some cases I wish they would put on the menu as they were delicious. Can't wait to go again. Cheers.

Nice ambience, good service. The only problem for us was the STRONG smell of smoke in the restaurant. Luckily there are 2 rooms, and they moved us. While the wood fired stove is beautiful, it produces a smokey experience.

One of our favourites with Chef Michael Dacquisto and his staff always providing a good regular menu and then complementing with excellent specials. Wine list is fairly broad and reasonably priced. Desserts are tasty with my favourite generally being gelato simply because we are too stuffed for anything larger. Very satisfying evening with my bride of 53 years.

It was our first time at Alena's. The restaurant has a casual yet classy ambience with an open kitchen in the back. I had the wild boar chops which were superb. My husband had the GF vegetarian pizza. It has a very nice crust which is made in-house. I devoured the GF cheesecake which is a rarity on restaurant menus. Our server was very accommodating. We will be back and bring our friends next time.

Our dinner was extremely good, we were very happy to have found this place in our own city, the food was world class and we'll definitely be back. Very good fusion of our favourite flavours, complimented by a little vino, what more could you ask for. The space was quite loud but if you're in great company I don't suppose that's something to get overly hung up about. Appies were fabulous - we had the calamari and garlic butter knots (yes!!), and the Tuna as well as the Campagnola Pizza (anchovies, capers, black olives - I added pepperoni) was as good as any I've had around the globe - to die for! Great work chefs, our server was courteous, friendly, charming, and attentive. Honestly, we can't wait to go back. Need to get away from the kids or whatever's keeping up your stress? I say go make a rezzo, I have every expectation that you'll enjoy your time as much as we did.
