Carbonara was fairly salty compared to others I've had. Cottage salad was good, very fresh but a little on the small side. No bread offered at the table but you could order bread knots, 5 for $12, although tempting I couldn't bring myself to pay that for bread...

Had the mussels and focaccia to start. Both portions were generous and delicious. Ordered a pizza, which i enjoyed, but husband wasnt impressed and compared to a pizza pop?? For our main, we had the boar chops and steak. The steak, my husband said, was the best he has ever had in a restaurant..and coming from him, that says alot. My boar chops were smokey and tender. Highly recommend. Will go back.
Next time, I’ll probably try white sauce pasta and red sauce pizza.
