Had lunch at this restaurant and it was really good. I had the chicken shawarma plate and my friend had the lamb shawarma plate, both meals were delicious. We also got two pitas with our meal, it was the best pita I have ever tasted, so soft. The ambience was nice, simple and clean. Service was good, it was our first time there and the waiter was patient and helpful. We will definitely return to this restaurant.

Fantastic food, friendly service! I borrowed the Kunafa picture because I ate my dessert so fast I didn’t take a picture. We had Beef Donair Platter, Mix Kebab Platter, Ayran and Turkish Tea. The flavours were outstanding! We will definitely be back

Everything was delicious!! The beef patties in the Turkish Kofte was so tender and that garlic sauce goes so well together. In the Iskender donair the crispy pita bread is hidden under the sliced beef and when eaten together with that thick sour cream the flavours just come alive. The service was very nice as well as the atmoshpeher in the restaurant. If I had to state one negative comment, it would be that the washroom could be a bit cleaner and maybe change the light fixtures. Otherwise I'd love to go back to try other items on the menu.

I really wanted to like this place. I love to support local places, and based on what others said, I totally thought I would love the food from here. We must have had a one off, mediocre experience or perhaps it was because it was delivery (covid rules, can't eat in right now). We had two wraps and two platters. I was very surprised that, on the platters, there was just a tiny dollop of garlic sauce underneath the french fries. With other turkish food I've had, it is generously tapped with it plus you are offered hot sauce if you want. That comes in the wraps, but apparently not in the platters. So without the garlic sauce, the meat (especially the beef) was very, very dry, to the point of being tough to chew. It doesn't come with pita bread either, so for around $15 all we really got was tough meat, a small portion of fries and the onion, olive mixture that accompanies it. The wraps on the other hand, were much more juicy, thanks to the addition of garlic sauce and hot sauce. I wish they would have offered the option to add that to the platter but they didn't. And the wraps were about $10. So all in all, the wraps were decent, the platters were very disappointing, and although I will continue to support local, I don't think I would choose this particular place for middle eastern food again.

First time was very impressed, friendly, local restaurant. Now order regularly to go. Shish Tawook and Falafel wraps are fabulous. A perfect meal. Quality ingredients, reasonable price and love supporting a local restaurant.

We almost went elsewhere because there was only one vegetarian menu item. But the owner offered to make up a special order for us. We made the right choice.Red Lentil soup was hearty as expected with some unidentified spice. Mildly exotic tasting and with the supplied bread would make a meal in itself.Baba ghanoush here is more garlicky with tomato than the usual middle-eastern take. Quite delicious with the brown rice and sour cream with hot sauce. Wrapped in wheat bread, it was most filling. Again a meal by itself. As a side we ordered home made yoghurt. Very creamy and almost cheese-like in flavor.Kanafeh is a fine pastry soaked in sweet syrup and layered with mild cheese. But for the hour ir would have been perfect with a Turkish coffee. The decor is mixed artifacts of diners past over knotty wood paneling. Posters of Istanbul are matched with a corner TV playing Turkish dance videos. If all seemed to work together for a cosy meal. The owner/chef deserves credit for wanting to be sure we were happy.

This is my second time here but every time the customer service is 5 Star. I don’t know if it was the time of the day or just the team here is just Amazingly Awesome.I will choose great team. As food was on time, and I can’t have enough of their tea.Great place. I’m grateful to my friend who took us here for the first time.
