“Had a fabulous dinner at Grant Park Applebee’s yesterday. Our server Chloe was wonderful, and the food was fantastic! I had the feature O M Cheeseburger and it was so good! Also enjoyed the brownie bite for dessert, which was the perfect size after the rich cheesy burger! Never disappointed with a meal there.“
“My family and I went to this Applebee's on New Year's Eve.
It had been many years since we had dined at Applebee's, and we were very happy after we left. Our server was extremely friendly, despite being very understaffed. He was attentive, helpful, always had a smile on his face, and was joking around with his tables. Unfortunately one of our drink orders was forgotten about, but understandable given the amount of tables he was trying to serve.
The food was very good, although I did notice that the prices were a bit on the high side and more than what I had expected at Appleby, especially for the drinks. The food arrived to our table after a reasonable wait.
I like that you can now order off both the Applebee's menu and the iHop menu!
Overall it was a good experience considering the staffing situation. The pleasantness of our server brought this review up to 5 stars. We'll go back.“
