Had a fabulous dinner at Grant Park Applebee’s yesterday. Our server Chloe was wonderful, and the food was fantastic! I had the feature O M Cheeseburger and it was so good! Also enjoyed the brownie bite for dessert, which was the perfect size after the rich cheesy burger! Never disappointed with a meal there.

i came in today about 8pm for dinner. Our server Chloe was such a pleasure. She was attentive and there for our every need from start to finish. She brought me a refill and I didn’t even have to ask. Dinner was great and the vibe was a little quiet but still enjoyable. I will be coming back!

i ordered the oriental chicken salad, one i’ve ordered many times, and it literally came slathered with coleslaw dressing (??) and a few measly pieces of chicken. i didn’t say anything because the waitress was really nice and clearly had a lot going on because my drink was at the bar for like 20 minutes until my friend went to the bartender and she made a fresh one and came over w it. i’m understanding about a busy restaurant but why if they were out of the dressing, couldn’t they tell me instead of making that abomination? would not recommend.

Felt a little outdated but the food was great and the service was good.
Waited 20 minutes to be spoken to once, not even served a water and had to be asked to be given a menu; manager finally noticed me and tried to get me “whatever I needed” as I walked out to eat next door
Also noticed a customer come to pickup lost gloves that he said were from last night, he waited and waited until he walked over to his previous booth found the gloves STILL there from last night, and he walked out without getting any help. So nobody cleans or checks the booths, let alone serves customers

Service was awful, took a while for her to come to our table, finally got drinks (didnt use a tray for 3 drinks) and she never checked on us to see if our drinks were OK, also seen another bring drinks to another table and she was holding wine in one hand and a drink and cutlery in the other, like do you not like to use trays at your restaurant? Very unprofessional, didn't look good. Got our food in a timely fashion but again server never came to check on us to see how our food was tasting we were completely ignored, seen her on the phone as we walked to wash our hands because we were done eatting. Sat for 15 mins with dirty plates and empty cups. Food was good service was not. To top it off the restaurant nearly empty. Nowroz was our server. Will not be coming back.

Horrible experience. There was LETTUCE in my water. My vegetarian friend kindly asked for the chicken tenders that came on top of the Mac and cheese on the side and they acted like it was the most insane request ever. Our waiter was horrible, she looked a mess and was so rude. Service was unbelievably slow even though the restaurant was almost completely empty. First time here and can easily say I will NEVER be returning.
