Service was awful, took a while for her to come to our table, finally got drinks (didnt use a tray for 3 drinks) and she never checked on us to see if our drinks were OK, also seen another bring drinks to another table and she was holding wine in one hand and a drink and cutlery in the other, like do you not like to use trays at your restaurant? Very unprofessional, didn't look good. Got our food in a timely fashion but again server never came to check on us to see how our food was tasting we were completely ignored, seen her on the phone as we walked to wash our hands because we were done eatting. Sat for 15 mins with dirty plates and empty cups. Food was good service was not. To top it off the restaurant nearly empty. Nowroz was our server. Will not be coming back.

Horrible experience. There was LETTUCE in my water. My vegetarian friend kindly asked for the chicken tenders that came on top of the Mac and cheese on the side and they acted like it was the most insane request ever. Our waiter was horrible, she looked a mess and was so rude. Service was unbelievably slow even though the restaurant was almost completely empty. First time here and can easily say I will NEVER be returning.

I come for the food and the atmosphere many times a year. But I look forward the most to Remembrance Day! Applebee's has, for years, recognized both current serving and Veterans on Remembrance Day with a free meal!
There are not many restaurants in Canada that do this (LOTS do this in the US, and even provide parking spots for Veterans in the US!), but it is changing.
I will ALWAYS support an organization that recognizes both current serving AND Veterans! My fellow Veterans feel the same!

I've had the Sheppard pie at other locations and it was way better, this one was as dry as dry can be , small portion, mashed potatoes tasted like cardboard and paid 25 bucks, server never came by to ask for refills or ask how the food was , terrible.

Had the cheeseburger and fries. Did not find the cost was worth it. Can find better value at other places. Have been to applebees many times in grand forks and find that the prices in Canada are higher even after factoring the exchange.

Ordered AYCE riblets and 1 St time she came asking if I wanted more is when I didn't even finish 1st rack. Never came back. Never asked for refills. Was not attentive. Looked like she woke up partially pulled back hair half way and came to work. Not very busy either
Nowroz gave top notch service, was super friendly and great with kids! She got dessert out super fast when we suddenly added it. All in all great experience, would definitely recommend!

I visited the restaurant in the evening with my wife and found it quite crowded, which likely contributed to the slight delay in service. However, the food quality justified the wait, one of the few places I got to eat some crispy fries.

I was so absolutely impressed with my experience here. They seated us right away at the booth we requested which was a good start to begin with. Our server Eloise was amazing, she recommended the cilantro rice when I told her what I was deciding between and it was literally the best rice I have ever had. She was also super friendly and our drinks were never empty! The chicken burger my friend got was crazy, I have never seen so much bacon on a burger (posted a pic). We will 100% be coming back to this location!
