Disappointed with the Philly steak sandwich that I had because they would not serve a BLT sandwich that still shows on the menu that comes up on the internet.. Also not happy that they would not punch my partner and my Applebee's frequent user cards. Makes me think I will think twice next time I am in neighborhood whether it will be Applebee's or another restaurant. Also no more seniors choices on menu anymore. Our check was 110 dollars.

I forgot to leave a review but our server was so sweet, that I find myself thinking of the experience days later. Her name is Tiffany. She was kind, cheerful (which was so pleasantly contagious), and VERY accommodating (thank you). The food was amazing, fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was family friendly, date friendly, and overall enjoyable. 11/10 experience.

We had Tiffany as our waitress tonight and she was amazing. We didn’t wait for ANYTHING, food was all great and brought out hot and at the same time. We never were without a drink.

Applebee's used to feel like a family oriented restaurant. Cozy and welcoming. We took our kids there after the renovation and we're greeted as if we were an inconvenience. From walking in to sitting down... Every employee in our section never smiled. They looked annoyed that they had to be working and miserable. EVERY table in our section either had an issue with their bill or their food order. Our appetizer came out after our entrees even though we asked for it before. My food order was wrong (I just let it be) and it actually came out 5 minutes after the rest of my table of 4 people. After receiving our food, our sever never came to ask how our meals were or even refill our drinks. Just to bring us our bill.
Honestly every staff member looked like they hated their job and every customer was an inconvenience.
We used to love Applebee's and loved the atmosphere and friendly environment it used to have. It isnt the same anymore and I doubt we will ever go back.

The food took almost an hour to come out and when it did the meat was way over cooked and the vegetables were way under cooked.

They added more booths on the west side. It is very tight. Not very comfortable or happy with that. Need to takeout some of the booths to make it more comfortable. The noise level was really loud in that part of the restaurant.

I feel the new digs are very nice and clean. The waiters were very slow at serving us, but once they finally decided to serve us, the service was good. I do not think I would have noticed, except it was not busy. Enough staff, but took there sweet time. The food was tasty, no complaint but the cost was ridculous. I think a nice place to go if you have time. Maybe, they serve the way they do, because they want to give the idea you should relax?

I ordered the oriental chicken salad, no Almonds through skip the dishes. I received my salad WITH almonds and no chicken? The price of the salad had skyrocketed but if I get what I ordered I'm okay. So what recourse do I have? What was the kitchen staff doing or did they mix up my order but then where is my chicken?? I reached out to skip and they gave me a credit of $1.29. So the chicken is only costing me that. I don't think so! So I had to reorder my salad so now I'm into the salad for $54.02 just to eat. I don't think I'll be ordering from Applebee's anytime soon!! So who's ahead here? More accountability needs to be taken here.
Mmmmhh. Nothing special. My Aunt Jemima pancake mixed is better.

We had a horrible experience. The restaurant was a bit busy, we were seated fairly quickly but our server was to busy at other tables to even acknowledge us. Someone finally came by after more than 5 minutes and said I'm helping your server what would you like to drink. The lady that came to our table was very nice and took our order. We ordered waffles, our waffles were hard and dry ( over cooked) it was like eating cardboard. There was no one around to even complain to so we ate half of our waffles. When we were ready to leave our server finally showed up gave us our bill and took our payment. When I complained to her about the waffles she said sorry and walked away. She didn't seem to care at all if we had a problem. I will not be returning based on my experience.
