Went for a quick valentine lunch but, my good, service is crap. Not only the woman who took our order as to not so much say hello nor enjoy, she put our food and drink nonchanantly.
We also chose tables to sit in, but seriously, i'd say 80% of the tables are taken, not by people, but by dishes left by previous eaters. No one was cleaning the tables, so we had to settle in the corner.
Food was great however; but the ambiance made it crappy

Disappointed with how one employee interacted with customers. Could tell by her tone she was annoyed with the customers before me. Nearly lost her composure when I asked her for an extra cup.
These are not things worth getting upset over. Unprofessional.

What an eyesore! Cut the damn grass!! Clean the graffiti off your sign that’s been there for years. You should be ASHAMED
I've ordered from here last year and it was better/good but my experience today was horrible. Prepackaged hard steamed pork buns. Overcooked lemon chicken that was so hard we had to throw it out and crab ragoon that was completely overcooked and hard. Im not sure what changed but i would never order again from there as we threw out all of our dishes except the bubble tea.

Been coming here since I was a kid and have had nothing but good experiences! The staff is wonderful and are always willing to accommodate when needed. Absolutely love the food as well, and can never go wrong with coming by for the lunch specials or even just the drinks. Always order the vermicellis as they're a fave and their real fruit bubble teas are a must!
