Attended a birthday party on June 20, 2025.
First, the restaurant was dirty; sticky floors and tables.
The washroom was not maintained and there was no air conditioning or really poor air circulation. We were sweating the whole time. I actually think they should be inspected by Health and/or City Inspectors.
The food was ok, but not great. I think the spring rolls were raw and corners were cut on the filling; tasted like I was just eating wrappers… the soft drink station was not the cleanest and very watered down…
Yes, the party was a bigger crowd but it took forever to refill the food (so much for a buffet / all you can eat setup). About 30-40% of the attendees got a decent plate but the rest had to wait. The birthday host kept reminding and follow up with staff… some guests did not event get to eat!
After restaurant staff heard us make comments about the unsatisfactory service and food, the restaurant staff brought out QR code signs saying they offer Free Bubble Tea if we give them a 5 Star Review - sketchy business practice…
I do not recommend.
