I placed my order online well in advance, expecting it to be ready at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I had to wait over 15 minutes past the pickup time with no update or apology from the staff. This completely defeats the purpose of pre-ordering. The delay was frustrating and inconvenient — not a great experience.
