Best hotpot in the city. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and the food is always delicious.

This place deserves a 5 🌟 it really does, but, the one lady was clipping her nails, fingers and toes, so all we could hear was clip clip knowing she was 3 tables away clipping her nails. That was disgusting to say the least. But the waiter was amazing. He saw my drink almost empty every time and filled it up, same with the broth. He was excellent

Meh. Food was just ok until I found a metal wire in my mouth. When I brought it to them, they said it was from cleaning the pots… gave me like a $3 discount lol. If you want a perforated intestine, eat here!

The food is good, the atmosphere was quiet but holy cow the prices are insane. Ain’t no way a pot of boiling soup should be $40 and add $2.50 for drink refills. Good food but not justifying the prices.

not as good as it used to be 😔 lots of soup options but a bit of a hit or miss, some were good and others were bland. the meat quality is honestly a bit sus and had very noticeable freezer burn the service was decent, but they missed some of our orders multiple times (which we had to remind them about) for the price, there are better hotpot options available in the city now

Thoroughly disappointed with the service. Server took about 20mins to take the order, another 40mins to get the food, and had to go up myself to ask for my drink.
Broth refills also had to asked, since server never checked on us after dropping the food off.
Food was mediocore at best. Had gone for the lunch special.
Safe to say it'll be my first and last time here.

My wife and I had lunch here, and both of us felt sick later in the day. The meat was not fresh, and there was a hair in the meat. She had diarrhea and I didn’t feel well either. A bit disappointed.
Absolutely chaos - very pricey for a hot pot and we are kept being interrupted for more water add in.
We also got stopped to fill the sauce for the pot because we paid for lunch special, and the lady only stopped when we said we would pay for the sauce. Got pissed off and upgrade for a buffet it is very offending.
Food is okay, again it is very pricey + pay extra for sauce on the side not in buffet- so pls don't call it a buffet.
No thank you I will never come back.

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Recently tried Hotly Pot because it’s closer to us and we were both so disappointed and wish we had gone to Asian Hot Pot instead. Staff are very friendly, lots of parking near by, food is awesome! Would highly recommend!!
