I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to speak up — both out of frustration and as a warning to others. I ordered food from this place for the first time today, trusting the high star rating because I was in a rush. I didn’t have time to dig deeper, but I should have. Those “glowing” reviews? Most of them were given in exchange for a free boba drink. That’s not just misleading — it’s dishonest.
I was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I waited over 35. But that’s not even what upset me the most. I paid $60 for three hot pots that ended up straight in the trash. The noodles were soggy, the broth was watery and completely flavorless, and the food lacked any seasoning. To make it worse, I found bugs floating in the soup. Disgusting.
This is wrong — no business should be deceiving people with fake 5-star reviews just to lure them in. I lost my money, my time, and my appetite. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Read the real reviews. Don’t be fooled by the stars. Let my loss be your warning.

Let's start with the service. Our hostess took the time to explain the menu, the type of food, how it was served and prepared.. etc. The food was excellent.. We did the buffet which did not disappoint. No issues or complaints. Throughout our meal, our hostess would come a check on us but never being intrusive. We loved the idea that we were invited to make our own custom sauces.
All in all, we enjoyed the meal, service and atmosphere.

This place is my favourite hot pot in the city. Service is a hit or miss, depending on how busy they are. I don't like the fact that they reuse your cup to refill your drink - came with a group of more than 6 people and we complained because we saw them refilling the same cups and we didn't know whos drink was whos by the time the drinks came back to our table. They only have frozen meats and fresh vegetables here - no appetizers. Soup bases are good and they have tons of options for their sauce bar. For 2 people we spend $80-90.
Best hotpot in the city. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and the food is always delicious.

This place deserves a 5 🌟 it really does, but, the one lady was clipping her nails, fingers and toes, so all we could hear was clip clip knowing she was 3 tables away clipping her nails. That was disgusting to say the least. But the waiter was amazing. He saw my drink almost empty every time and filled it up, same with the broth. He was excellent

Meh. Food was just ok until I found a metal wire in my mouth. When I brought it to them, they said it was from cleaning the pots… gave me like a $3 discount lol. If you want a perforated intestine, eat here!
