I had a great Ukrainian lunch. Cabbage rolls, perogies, coleslaw, and rye bread. Tasted great.

They keep changing the food supplier, the sausages, kobassa and don't get me started about those hash browns!!! But in closing, the eggs were great

The location is unfortunate and the food is not authentic Ukrainian, but rather fusion. This cafe is squeezed in between a beer store, a slot casino and a motorist motel. As you can imagine, it's not optimal and not very child friendly.
As for food, pretty much the only Ukrainian things about it are sour cream and perogies. Other than that, it's typical Canadian lunch and breakfast.
The cabbage rolls are especially disappointing. I never had cabbage rolls which contain almost no meat before.

A perfect, cozy old-fashioned hole-in-the-wall diner with classic Ukrainian-Manitoban meals and great service.
