I keep giving this place a try but no more. Bagels are overdone and not fresh. I have a hard time believing these are fresh… seem like day old to me. Weird texture at the top. Employees not friendly. Won’t be back. Can’t justify paying this much for this quality. If you go between 8-11:00 u get 15% off.

I ordered one bagel toasted with cream cheese and one bagel without cream cheese to eat for another day but they put cream cheese in both bagels, and the bagels are not good they lack the classic chew and crumb a bagel is supposed to have it's far too soft to be a bagel. The cream cheese had a weird bitter taste to it

First time coming here and I must say it’s the best bagel I’ve ever had. I devoured the Spicy Everything bagel with jalapeno cheddar cream cheese. Definitely coming back again soon.

My first visit to Bagelsmith definitely warrants future visits! They have a good variety of bagels and cream spreads. I sampled the plain, sesame, cinnamon, and everything bagels along with the spinach dip and maple cinnamon spreads. Every bite was a pure delight. Next time I would like to try one of their many sandwiches.

Went here for the first time today bought six bagels two cheddar cheese, two plain and two poppyseed. We had the poppyseed for lunch and not impressed. I’ll keep you updated on the cheese and the plain. Poppyseed seemed undercooked and no flavour sadly.
So tried the other flavours, but can’t say I’m a fan. I always like to try new restaurants/bakeries etc. unfortunately we will not return.

I come to this restaurant from past two years since I moved to Winnipeg, but day by day, the quality of The bagles is just getting worse. There was a time they used to put so much cream cheese that we used to love and there is a time where they don’t put at all ridiculous is the third time that it’s been like this that I have to write a review about i. I had never been into this brand before, I had a bit of time figured I would try my luck.
Everything bagel, toasted with Herb cream cheese was fantastic.
The bagel was well prepared and of good quality. I purchased two sleeves of the poppy onion and the signature Montreal bagels to try at home. Everything appears to be excellent quality The service was polite and friendly, I intend to return should I find myself in the neighborhood each time I'm nearby.
