Banana Boat (Meadowood)

I come here with my family all the time. The ice cream is top quality , the temperature they store the ice cream at is perfect and always a fast process by their kind and professional staff as always.

It was OK. The consistency of their ice cream is not my favourite.

Staff seemed somewhat unorganized, i understand its a summer job but it was confusing to get an answer from them.

Ice cream isnt the best, ive had better other shops.

Shop is very clean, didnt notice anything unsanitary whatsoever. Fair priced though.

Wouldnt return.

Incredibly too loud, over priced, there's a high pitch noise that doesn't stop, the kids are running around making a ruckus, the menu isn't even straight forward, I didn't even know what I was ordering

I haven’t been to a Banana Boat since their original South Osborne location closed years ago. Although I miss the old school look of that former location, they’re still serving up good soft serve sundaes at their current venues.

Pretty awesome experience, showed the lady working a photo of something that wasn’t even on the menu and she knew what it was right away and made it. Ice cream was bomb also

What happened to the ice cream here? My husband and I stopped in for ice cream (a sundae and parfait) and the ice cream had an extremely odd consistency and taste, like those "frozen desserts" that can't be labeled as ice cream (almost like a marshmallow fluff consistency). It was a super hot day and our ice cream didn't even really melt. Very disappointing, as we've come here in the past and enjoyed it. The staff, however, were beyond friendly and the service was excellent.

This is Perfect place to enjoy your ice cream.
The staff is so welcoming and Polite. Hygiene is the other plus point.. Ice cream is must try. It will be my favourite place to go get a dessert or treat.. Also the prices are reasonable with great quality..

I used to love going to the old banana boat on south osborne. Was in the neighborhood and thought I would try the new place. When I walked in there was a line to the door and an entire restaurant of people sitting around waiting for their ice cream. I knew I should have turned around then, but because I was already there I kept going. It took ten minutes to get our order taken and then another twenty to actually get our ice cream. The place was understaffed, loud, and dirty. There was only one exit so everyone was constantly bumping into each other. Fortunately, I won’t ever have to come back.
