Craved ramen and wanted to try a new restaurant. We got the cucumber side dish which was really good! We also picked up the chicken wings, the beef noodle and the pork ramen. You’ll get hefty size of a bowl for the ramen. The fried chicken was cooked and seasoned nicely as well.
The noodles were really good! I just found the broth too salty for my liking. If I were to try again i’ll ask to adjust my broth’s seasonings.

Food and service are both excellent! Reasonable prices, good portions and the food tastes absolutely great! The staff are quick and friendly too. Service was polite and helpful even having recommendations on good dishes to try for first time visitors. I would give Ten stars out of Five if I could!

We went there on Friday for dinner. Although there was only one waitress, she was really nice and tried her best to cater everyone needs. We waited for a bit to order, but the food came quicker than expected. It was a Asian fusion restaurant, so there were Japanese, Chinese and Korean style dishes on the menu. We ordered Chicken Ramen and Tofu Pudding Rice Noodles. The ramen was more like Chinese style instead of Japanese, the soup and the chicken were cooked like Chinese style, so it was not what we expected but it was interestingly good. The rice noodles was tasty as expected. I would love to go back and try other dishes on the menu too.
I recently visited Banza for dinner and was very disappointed with both the food and the service. I ordered the Akuma Mazesoba, which came with an extremely strong-smelling bamboo shoot. The menu didn’t mention this at all, and the smell was so unpleasant that it completely ruined my appetite. On top of that, the noodles themselves were bland and lacked flavor.
When I asked the server about the bamboo shoot and why something so overpowering wasn’t noted on the menu, the response I got was dismissive—just “it’s like that,” with no explanation or effort to make the situation better.
The environment is clean overall but there lots of noise from the kitchen.

Best Ramen Ever , i was always looking for a good Ramen place where the broth didnt have that unpleasant taste which usually other ramen places has . I accidentally went there because nothing was opened on Sunday evening until late . I cant even tell how good it was because i went very next day and had the same thing , while writing this im still craving 😩. Plus the server was so mindful , every little detail are top notch. Would highly recommend to go here rather than other overly hyped one .
