I recently visited Banza for dinner and was very disappointed with both the food and the service. I ordered the Akuma Mazesoba, which came with an extremely strong-smelling bamboo shoot. The menu didn’t mention this at all, and the smell was so unpleasant that it completely ruined my appetite. On top of that, the noodles themselves were bland and lacked flavor.
When I asked the server about the bamboo shoot and why something so overpowering wasn’t noted on the menu, the response I got was dismissive—just “it’s like that,” with no explanation or effort to make the situation better.
The environment is clean overall but there lots of noise from the kitchen.

Best Ramen Ever , i was always looking for a good Ramen place where the broth didnt have that unpleasant taste which usually other ramen places has . I accidentally went there because nothing was opened on Sunday evening until late . I cant even tell how good it was because i went very next day and had the same thing , while writing this im still craving 😩. Plus the server was so mindful , every little detail are top notch. Would highly recommend to go here rather than other overly hyped one .

Favorite ramen shop in the city! Ordered the takoyaki, which was perfect as always! And the Akuma miso ramen 🍜 which was amazing, favorite ramen so far 🔥 The service is always exceptional! Overall, Banza Noodle is off the charts 11/10 ⭐ 🙌 if you haven't been, you need to change that asap!

They can't accomodate parties greater than 4. They only have one large table in the back and the rest are smaller tables. They also won't accomodate and move tables to fit bigger parties. We (party of 6) ate here yesterday and they refused to put two tables together. We were seated separately. We were given permission to move tables after the third ask (yes I know, excessive but we just couldn't understand why it wasn't possible, no one could give us a clear answer. It also was not insanely busy) and it was very easy to do. Later on they told us they don't move tables because they are busy and aren't able to help set up the space. Totally understand, just wish they communicated this earlier as we were more than willing to move the tables ourselves and clean up after ourselves - which is what we did! Anyway I would not recommend this restaurant if you have a larger party! I'd also like to point out, I've never had an issue with a restaurant putting tables together to accomodate a bigger group. So it was just strange for all of us, very off putting. I would completely understand if the space was small and not possible, but there was plenty of room.

My son and I ordered take out for the first time here. We picked up! Was quiet as it was still early, but very cute and cozy atmosphere. There was a very nice lady to greet and take our order! Didn’t wait long and had the Dan Dan and AKuma Ramen! Have to say, we both loved our dishes! Hot, flavourful and generous toppings! Will definitely be back! (We know our ramen and this was excellent)!
