Service was great. Ambience great. Ordered a Jalapeño burger with cheese and got a vegan burger with no cheese. Was rushed so just paid a left. First time here. Won’t be a second and unless for drinks. Again service was not the issue.

On an otherwise boring Tuesday night, we chose to visit Bar Italia, where the patio is hard to beat. Luckily for us, we met and were served by Layne, and it made our night - she has a great sense of humour! There was a small issue with our order, but she dealt with it quickly and fairly, and we ended up having a great time chatting with her. I highly recommend seeking her out if you decide to get out and enjoy Bar I’s food and drink on their sunny patio.

I ordered vegan burger and fries and when it came I noticed the bun was rock hard. The top was so dry and old it had missing parts. I didn’t even inspect the burger much further because of how absolutely disgusting it was. Any place that could send that out is a place I’ll never eat at again. Disgusting and unsanitary.

Food tasted good, but value for dollar was average at best. Server never did bring our water or check in with me even once from entry to leaving. I honestly expected more. Have enjoyed the patio in the summer, will probably stick to that.

You forgot half my chick’s skip the dishes order, I’m eating canned tuna and vegetables for dinner because I want her to enjoy her food. I was looking forward to eating the food cause you guys make good food. Looking at the ticket on the bag you either have an inefficient system sending orders to the BOH or your staff simply cannot read/be thorough when manually sending orders to the BOH or the driver….straight jokes bud. I understand it’s a Friday. However, I work in the industry too it was two items total. If the quality of service is affected by the pace of service in the restaurant; just pause the skip the dishes app and we’ll order somewhere that can get it right.
