I found glass in my food, burrito was good until my throat was bleeding because there was a shard of glass or metal or plastic stuck in the side of my throat!!

The franchisee here is incredibly rude and incompetent. I asked him about the MadMex Monday deal and he said that he doesn’t offer it even though it was displaying on the screen of his cash register. He said that he is in talks with his superior to remove the deal all together because it doesn’t apply to his location. I checked barBurrito’s website and it mentioned that this location was offering the MadMex deal. I’m not sure why this franchisee is outright lying to customers and being rude and obnoxious on top of it. The food was also cold and not fresh. I will not be visiting this location again.
