I ordered two bowls from them.
They not only forgot the Bang Bang sauce, but added the wrong sauce instead.
They forgot rice on one bowl, minimal lettuce on the other. Bowls were watery.
Immediately came across like they forgot to make our order and then rushed them in haste.

Never have had an issue with the other Cambridge location. Go there instead of gambling whether or not this location will get your order right.

The staff were pleasant. They advised they discontinued the ground veggie, which still appears as an option on line, and is posted on their menu board. They were also out of some topping choices. Disappointing for our vegan friends trying to order burritos, who had enjoyed other locations of barBURRITO. The falafel was an okay alternative. My crispy chicken was okay…suggest you order it tossed in buffalo sauce before having it put together. My chicken could have been a little crispier and the burrito itself a little less well done. The couple of chairs and tables available inside were full, and they were busy with customers while we were waiting so it seems like a popular place. Service is admittedly slow. Burritos are stuffed full, and very filling!
UPDATE: Enjoyed a much better burrito, was put together and cooked perfectly!

Server was not listening as I gave my order and had to ask me what protein I wanted even though I ordered it including the protein I wanted. Maybe the headphones she was using had something to do with it. I asked for green salsa of which she SCRAPED the last drops out and dripped it onto my 3 tacos so the most minimal amount on each. I asked if there was more and she said I have to make it. What? You don’t have some made already? Unreal. Overall very disappointing experience.

I made an online order at 9pm . The shop opens till (10pm). And i was so shocked how they cancelled my order. This is so pathetic. I honestly try to be as cooperative as possible but this is seriously unsettling. You are here to serve people them do it so!!!! I can understand if i had made the order 15-20mins before closing time, but i think 1 hr is enough time to do it so. Will not recommend going there.

Very bad experience. Today i ordered for bang bang shrimp burrito. And the tortilla wrap of the burrito was fully burnt. There was a boy in glasses wearing earphones while serving. No greeting,no pleasant way of serving. Will not recommend going there.
