I recently dined at this restaurant and was shocked by something I witnessed. A delivery driver came in, and a girl was abusive toward him. It was completely unacceptable and left a very bad impression.
As customers, we expect businesses to treat everyone with respect not just diners but also the people who work hard to deliver their food. Watching someone being disrespected like that was upsetting and shameful.
Please train your staff to act professionally. Respect should be a basic standard for everyone.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bar Bruitto, especially as a delivery driver. The staff was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They were rude and showed no appreciation for the work delivery drivers do. It’s unfortunate to see such poor service and attitude.
