Chef George is as wonderful as the meals he creates. His food is balanced, locally sourced where possible, and of impeccable quality. The conversation was lovely and we parted with baklava, fresh tomatoes and hugs!

Had breakfast at Beaurivage Bistro in Winnipeg and it was absolutely delicious! The wraps were perfectly toasted, generously filled, and packed with flavor. The ingredients tasted fresh and the portion size was just right to start the day. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service made the experience even better. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

The owner, George, talks to every customer and is super passionate about food and nutrition. Let him know that you'd like the vegan options and he'll automatically adapt any specials or multi-course options to be vegan only. You're likely to end up with a salad, a lot of appetizers (which also come with different delicious salads in the middle) and a main dish. He often does okra with bulgur wheat and a fried patty for the main/special. I'm not a fan of okra so I'd recommend the refreshing lentil soup or the foul medames. 30$ per person before tip
Ok so not what I eat every day. But a set of notes and tastes that are a couple times a year must. Gluten free pita bread which my wife needs and I have no interest in that made her so happy. The flavours are completely original and if you want something not available anywhere else. Here it is. And the conversion is second to none.

The quality and flavour of the food here is amazing - and chef George is an absolute gem! This is one of the very few places I’d recommend for proper Middle Eastern cuisine in Winnipeg.
The quality and flavour of the food here is unmatched in Winnipeg (for Middle Eastern style cuisine) - I cant understand why the place is never busy when I’ve been there at dinner. I wish nothing but success to chef George. He cares about the food he serves, and it shows.

Flavour flavour flavour! This place takes pride in their food prep and it shows in the presentation but especially the taste. This is like gold star schwarma, melt in your mouth beef, stuffed grape leaves that aren't bitter, flakiest baklava. I loved it from start to finish 😍
Absolutely love the place, I always get the vegan combo. The salad is so delicious and I like that the main dish changes depending on the season. Chef George is a wonderful person and is always excited to greet me! My go-to take out place for sure.
World ain't got many guarantees, but the guarantee that Chef George is going to take good care of you is about as consistent and airtight as the food quality. My heart is as full as my stomach.
Haven’t tried my food yet but love the place owner is super nice cool atmosphere
Wonderful little bistro, with great people working there. Might just be the best babaganoush I’ve ever had. Beats hummus any day of the week. Highly recommend stopping in.
