This is the first time we have been to Ben & Florentine and we were impressed with the service and the distinct food. We were able to have food that we have not tried before which is a treat from having the things that you would normally cook at home anyway. We would go back again.

Horrible service I don’t think they want people to dine in the restaurant because they will leave you standing for 20 plus minutes before anyone even acknowledges you and seats you. Thats just tells you what kind of service you’re in for.

We had a breakfast date today and met the most wonderful employee. He is what made the experience amazing! I would say it was his attentiveness and care is what makes this place the place to be. Well done Nobarun! Definitely an asset to the business.
Clean restaurant and the food was ok. Home fries over done on both the skillet and maple brioche meal. Great amount of food for the price. My husband said his eggs were cold by the time it got to the table and the whites not quite all the way cooked as I could see clear runny egg whites from across the table.
Pretty open concept, a little difficult to have a conversation when very busy.

My big problem is the parking, it's quite frustrating that every time my family comes here there is the same blue car parked in the front spots. It's almost as if the ownership or the staff are parking in the spots close to the door and make their patrons have to park far away. This is particularly frustrating for my grandmother and other family members how can't walk well over the parking lot.
In the past month we've been there multiple times and the same vehicles are lined up in the front spots every time we've come there. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional as it's obviously ownership or staff vehicles.
