The real deal in every way! There was no house-made corned beef available, but everything we tried was delicious… even went back the next day to try things we didn’t have room for the first time!

Very disappointed in a reuben I just paid $20 dollars for Sauerkraut and mustard with 3 slices of meat paper thin. No sauce no nothing was added. Glad I tried it but won't be back again. I can buy a 6lb jar of sauerkraut from costco if that's what I wanted. The soup has no flavor because it's completely watered down.

I come to Bernsteins often, and I very much appreciate that they have a vegan menu here. Every Christmas and thanksgiving, I come here to get the vegan beyond meat cabbage rolls and the vegan perogies that are hand made in the restaurant. The food is great! I appreciate you too Aaron! Thank you!

A lifelong favourite spot of mine. Get the lox bagel, pierogies, latkes, soup, sandwiches, pancakes - everything here is great.

I had the deconstructed lox bagel. It was exceptional!! Large portion of the freshest, tastiest lox I've had in a long time. Keep up the good work!

The food was wonderful, but the rest of our experience was pretty disappointing. Coffee was awful, had to ask twice for water, we were brought the wrong soup and when we went to pay they charged us $5 extra for some reason that we can’t figure out. Might have been a mistake for the person taking the payment but $91 for soup and sandwiches seems insane. Won’t be back.

I was a bit underwhelmed with the deluxe Reuben. The meat was extremely fresh and tender, but I felt there was a lack of flavour and sauce. If you like a saucy Reuben I wouldn’t recommend. However, the sides are fabulous and they have something for everyone. They do have gluten free bread options for an up charge as well.

Got the “Illegal Curve” sandwich , straight slapped. Sandwich was very good and Suprisingly light but very satisfying, the ingredients are clean and fresh. Got the Mozza Ball soup on the side, it was alright, nothing too special if you ask me but it wasnt bad at all. Their other soups sound very good. Very nice staff, nice atmosphere. Good job.

I haven't been here for over 30 years, we stopped in before Rumors. I had the Classic Reuben and my lady had the Loaded Chicken Soup. The food was great the service was excellent even with the server forgetting my drink, my only complaint would be the price. Soup and sandwich $37 this goes against alot. I always state that I'll pay for quality but, it wasn't worth that price.

Delicious food reasonably priced.

Great pastrami sandwich. Really enjoyed their potatoe salad, I've never had one like it it was like mashed instead of chunks. Will come back and try more!!

Fantastic selection of goods! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! I also tried out their all day breakfast (hungry man) and it was incredible! I will be back again and again!! 😊😊
