If you have a love of beans and cheese, I highly recommend the bean and cheese burrito. It's so lame. So lacking. It has zero vegetables and zero rice. Truly terrible five star! ?

STAY AWAY!! Edited: upon reading some others reviews I will be a bit more harsh. The portion size of the tacos is what you would feed a small child. There is hardly any meat in any of the tacos, loaded with a bunch of raw onion to try and fill up the greasy tortilla. Don’t know how anyone is rating this 5 stars. Good example of a solid taco shop la taqueria mexican street tacos on Ness has way better food, it’s cheaper and they also load their tacos right up! Save your money and go to a different taco shop or maybe even just hit the 7-11 up for a glizzy… but what ever you do just STAY AWAY from Berto’s!

I love how they pour bags of salt in every dish, how little meat they use because sometimes I like to pretend im vegan half way through my taco & I especially love how they prepare their food weeks prior to my order, making it extra dehydrated and mushy... all jokes aside, dont sleep on this place. We order often & our meals whether they are picked up or delivered, have always been fresh, hot & the portions are always consistent & generous. You can taste the authenticity in their food & it keeps us coming back knowing we will be more than satisfied! Muchas Gracias, Berto! Keep showing Winnipeg your craft but also humor ?
I bought tacos before, and they were fantastic, but actually, they are serving really small portions for the same price. I'm not sure why is that happening, or they just serve to their frequent or known customers, and for the rest, we receive different service.

Best ghost kitchen for birrya tacos and burritos !
Bruh no way people thinks this is a 5 star. You get steak the size of bacon bits, dehydrated because they have been cooked for weeks. You get the smallest amounts of meat in each Taco. The burritos are half the size they claim to be and everything inside is just mush.

Pretty good food, but when you plan to grab something quick to eat in the car, beware that they don’t provide napkins or any cutlery. It sucked to eat the carne asada fries with our hands.

Went there with our family and some friends and we loved everything we ordered, specially the birria tacos they were so delicious is hard to explain how delicious they were, price is very budget friendly too and service was very nice, we met the chef and he is very friendly as well...we can't help but recommend this place to everyone now
