My family sat in the dining room. Our server was fantastic. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. The prices were awesome. Happy to say my family had an awesome experience. Big Guys will always be highly recommended. Thank you for the all around great experience.

We went out for a last minute meal with my mom and had the best burgers ever. Our server, Sabrina went above and beyond and made our dining experience so wonderful. Her knowledge and bubbly personality is appreciated. Thank you for everything

Terrible experience! Just tried the large order of nachos that would've been a regular at any other place. It came with 1 small container of bland salsa and sour cream. We were told we'd have to pay to get more even though our order was supposed to be double the size of the regular nachos. The Raspberry Iced Tea cocktail was 7.99 and was in a rock glass that was full to the top of ice...barely any liquid at all. When we mentioned anything to the "waitress", we received nothing but attitude and no apology or attempt to fix anything. We were really hoping to enjoy our visit as we were celebrating but this has left such a terrible taste in our mouths that unfortunately we won't be back any time soon. Way over priced and very poor service. We will be spreading the word for sure. Wow! ☹

Only 1 server. She was run off her feet. Did her best to hurry food orders but I think they must have been short staffed in the kitchen as well.

Went there tonight walked in and still looks like a dive bar. Anyways it almost felt awkward in the bar area almost like not very welcoming... table was sticky and we just got drinks and left to a different restaurant. Last time we went there a few months ago we went to the restaurant side and nobody was in there and we stood there for like 5 mins and just left because nobody sat us. It used to be a decent restaurant but unfortunately we'll probably never return

The spicy tacos were good. Margaritas were eh; so so. More sour than sweet.

I called to make a reservation for a party of 14 and, unknowingly, was speaking with the owner of the restaurant, who was incredibly polite and genuinely excited to have us.
When we arrived, everything was already perfectly organized. Our server, Sabrina, gave us a masterclass in hospitality. She made us all feel welcome and cared for while being extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She was impressively patient with a group as large as ours.
The food arrived within a very reasonable time frame, which many at our table appreciated. I had the Cajun Alfredo, and it was splendid. Everyone in our party was more than satisfied with their meals. The prices were very reasonable, and the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfectly on theme.
As we were leaving, several members of our group met the owner of this exquisite establishment. I was fortunate enough to meet him as well. He was polite and genuinely happy that we enjoyed our time there. My friends and I will absolutely be back to Big Guy's Ranch & Saloon!

Came in with a large party looking to get our belts sufficiently busted. I can say wholeheartedly that this was the case— No belts were spared during this dining experience.
Had the chicken fried steak, and yes, it is steak made like fried chicken. It was absurdly large, but sadly somewhat bland. Added some salt and pepper and this helped. Had the baked potato with it and it could have used a little bit of oil and salt on the skin to crisp it up a bit better.
Beer was well priced, but the service made the experience. Joyous and attentive, our waitress ensured that we had the proper Big Guys experience. We got to shake hands with the Big Guy (owner) himself on the way out and he thoroughly recommended the cajun chicken for our next visit. The decor was very appropriate for the title, Ranch and Saloon. It was a fun experience, but I would not recommend making further plans after visiting Big Guys, as you will need to go comatose for a bit after.

Really bad experience. I was here for lunch and after my girlfriend need to work. We waited for 45mins after order the food. I already done my food but my girlfriend food still not cooked! And the customer later than us already started eating, but they skip us to serve others. Even for later, when we ask, the server told us they forgot it! ?? How come?
Never goes again!
