The best burgers in town, i tried chicken burger it was the most delicious thing in a while. Staffs were so friendly and smiling which made my day.

Had the Swiss and mushroom burger combo. The burger was juicy ,with tons of mushrooms ,Swiss along with the taste of a smoky grill. French fries were fresh cut and blanched to perfection better than their competitors (NYF) just feet away. High quality burger akin to five guys.

The poutine had too much gravy last time, this time, too much cheese curds.
Also, too much char on the charbroiled burger.

What happened to the quality of food here? i always order at this burger place and its always great. but today, my usual craft burger is not good. Burger patty is overcooked and dry, fries is meh. i dont know if im going to order from this place again.

Extremely frustrated with the service in particular one worker by the name of Veena (I think). We ordered our chicken burgers and asked to not include certain toppings. When we got our burgers they included everything we didn’t ask for, when I corrected them one girl took them back to try and fix while the gentleman who took the order showed them exactly how we asked for it, Veena then proceeded to just flick the toppings off and rewrap the burger and argue with me about what we ordered. I tried to send it back but she refused and I felt bullied into taking the burgers we did not want. So we paid $30 for chicken burgers we could not eat. What an infuriating experience. Burgers ended up in the garbage and I had a very upset daughter crying because she really wanted a chicken burger. She loves the chicken burgers and had specifically asked to go there for one, I don’t think we will ever go again after the experience today. I hope management trains their staff better in customer Service for future customers because what happened today was very upsetting.

The person working here is so extremely rude! i work at outlet and often visit this spot to get lunch and the lady working there always has a mean face. i smile at her every time and she doesn’t even smile back or anything. she looks like she’s being forced to work there if anything. please stop working in fastfood if you don’t like serving people cuz the least u can do is pass a smile. i asked her if that’s my order on the counter top as they never said anything just left it there , she rudely shook her head. i then asked her if i could get a bag she pointed towards the bag stand signalling me to get it myself with the most annoyed face as if i ruined her day or something. please be nicer to people man ur in the food industry to serve people. if u don’t like it simply stop working there and ruining other ppl’s day who’re nice to u. however the food isn’t bad the spicy poutine was really nice !

The buffalo chicken burger was a bit messy, too much sauce. It tasted good though. The service was not great. Seems like they were just standing around. I like that it’s cooked fresh though.

This used to be one of my favourite burger joints in the city, but today, it (literally) left a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered my usual, a craft combo burger, and the patty was so burnt that I couldn’t finish it. The burger tasted really bitter and a good amount of it was charred black. Surprisingly, the fries were soft and undercooked. It was inedible and I ended up buying Chinese food from the vendor beside it.

Needless to say, the quality has gone downhill and I’m never eating here again. I’m disappointed that I wasted $20. Please do better.

The best Burger in Winnipeg

Foods good, but doesn't come out of the kitchen at the same time and the staff is sluggish. Zero sense of urgency. Food gets left out on counter to get cold while they doddle around trying to piece orders together. Brutal, been 20 minutes and only 6 burgers have come out. Drinks with no ice and they are warm. They are barely trying....

Absolutely the best burger I've had in awhile! Definitely would recommend
