I have been going here for at least 10 years now. The staff are all knowledgeable about the products offered and the coffee is great and at a very reasonable price. I keep coming back every couple of weeks to replenish my supply.

Great coffee selection and roasts. Their roasts tend to be on the darker side. Fresh and delicious. The man thats always there is nice and helpful.The location is a bit dodgy but let's be honest, if you're from Winnipeg you're used to it. Arguably worth the risk of getting stabbed.

Great local roasters. Old family’s favourite is holiday blend. Highly recommend to try!Friendly staff. Wish they had more locations in the city and more accommodating schedule. I had to take a day off to get the coffee.

I recently moved across the street from Black Pearl coffee and my first morning I woke up to the amazing smell of fresh roasted coffee, so me and my husband walked over and met the most amazing gentlemen at the counter, unfortunately I did not get his name, but he was super helpful and super friendly....and to mention the coffee it was HEAVENLY. I would definitely recommend stopping by Black Pearl and trying their fresh roasted and ground coffee ❤❤

A light, medium and dark.Only tried the Rwandan so far, and it's great.Thanks very much.Aeropress with Able fine filter, and Stag EKG pro to 96.5°C. 14 grams through a Porlex grinder (burrlock to 4 clicks back off).28g water, 45s bloom. Fill aeropress, stir again, cap, purge air. Wait till 2m30, invert on mug, wait 30 more seconds. Press over 30s to hit 3m30 total.Comes out great!And Black Pearl, considering my persona...Captain Jack Sparrow's vessel he captains. All in good fun.

Went to Co-op where they now sell Black Pearl coffee bought a pound of coffee and realized i bought beans instead of ground coffee. I have coffee just around the corner every day, so i thought i'd drop in to Black Pearl and get them to grind them up for me. A 1 minute job. Nope! So screw you Black Pearl!!!! I've been going there for years. Customer service sucks. 1 minute of your time would of made me happy. DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
