Block & Blade Restaurant and Bar

We enjoyed our evening with friends. Sydney was an excellent saver. Food was good, and the "blocktails' were wonderful. The ribs were a bit chewy for my liking but still ok. We'll return and try some other entrees.

Great experience tried two new food items the berries and brie appetizer which was delicious and then I tried the chicken and brie sandwich and so did my girlfriend and we both really enjoyed it. Very happy to see some new items on the menu and our server was excellent not sure what her name was, but she was lovely. Enjoyed a beautiful bottle of wine from Chile And the night was fabulous.

We had a lovely dinner- the food was delicious - I love the apple cranberry salad!!!! Our server was very attentive and friendly. When he found out it was my son's birthday he brought out a dessert brownie. The atmosphere is lively and fun. Block and Blade never disappoints

Out server was great. Having a reservation is definitely needed on a Friday or Saturday for dinner.

Ribs were absolutely dried out, no “falling off the bones “... flavour was pure smoke. Chicken breast had skin still on it.

Everything was nice We didn't order food - but I couldn't skip that on the rating chart. The service was very good and our drinks were good

Never a bad meal at Block and Blade, it's a family favourite. Pricey though, so we can't go often. Service is always wonderful and always has a great vibe inside!

My wife and I visited Block & Blade for the first time, last night, and had a positive experience, but overall it was just average, which is why I only gave a 3 star rating. We liked the upbeat vibe in the bar and the server was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The food, however, was just mediocre. It was fine - we didn't have a bad experience - but for the price, we would have expected higher quality food. It was lacking in flavour and presentation.

Got the clubhouse twice from here and both times it's fallen apart because of the bread.

If they used a stronger bread like a French bread, it would be perfect.

Otherwise, no complaints.

Picked up brisket (not bison) nachos to go. With tip and tax it was like $40 which is insane but it was some of the best gf nachos I've ever had!

We weee a group of 12 there for a birthday celebration. Desirae was our server. Service was very slow. Disappointing since we were charged an 18% gratuity. I don’t feel it was deserved.

Overall, our food was prepared well and was tasty. The French Onion soup had great flavour. The salad I had, topped with blackened chicken, was great!

They had a problem with their fountain drinks, which were flat. However, they were able to resolve the issue.

The hostess and serving staff were great and did a good job looking after our table's needs.
