While I appreciate the nice atmosphere at the restaurant, I was very disappointed with my meal. The eggs benedict had very little hollandaise sauce and the eggs were hard boiled. It took a while for the wait staff to ask us how our meal was. When I explained the problem, no one asked if they could replace the eggs. I asked for more sauce and was given a small amount to pour over the dish. We had to ask a different waiter for more water and coffee as no one came around. I left much of the meal on the plate. A disappointing experience.

My meal was good and our waiter was good as well. We were excited to see the bakery on the way out. I bought a few different things, overall I thought the baked goods were overpriced and average tasting, actually a little dried out. I will go back again sometime.

It was such an amazing feeling when you could dine in and just get that carefree vibe, especially when the staff are so friendly and they interact with you, you enjoy every bite of your meal.

When you pull up to this wonderful place, you can smell remnants of woodfired cedar. Beautiful aroma takes you away to a wilderness cabin, where all your troubles melt away. The staff is the absolute best!!! Seating is comfortable and makes you feel a sense of community. The FOOD!!! You will be so satisfied that you will feel like curling up and having a snooze. Being content after is eating is an understatement. Fresh, flavorful, hot, savory, do not scratch the surface. Cheese and mushroom omlete with split sausages was truly a feast.
In the mood for fresh homebaked goodness? I swear someone's grandmother is in the kitchen putting love into every morsel. Cinnamon buns are big, soft, fresh, gooey, and melt in your mouth. Brookies are just sweet enough with a light crumble, blondies are heaven sent, and the apple struddle rivals any I have had, with the light rolled pastry.
Kudos to the front and back staff for the food, cleanliness, and caring.

Ate here today with 2 friends. Restaurant was crowded, good sign, but very noisy. They also ran a latte machine which made it impossible to hear our conversation. Tables are too tightly spaced for storing a walker, plus no signage for handicapped parking. I’ve been here several times and this time, like the last, I found the service to be poor. The waitress served our meals and never returned to ask how our meals were. I had ordered the omelette with mushrooms, basil and mozzarella. Somehow the cook forgot to put in the cheese and there was only 1 leaf of basil. They made up for it by piling on so many potatoes that they covered half the plate. This for $18! Way too much to spend as the meal wasn’t great. Waitress was friendlier than the waiter from my last visit.

The atmosphere was cozy, and the service and staff were top-notch! I changed my mind on what jam I wanted with my toast and the waitress brought me both kinds! I got the traditional breakfast and my egg yolks were a beautiful golden orange, the Manitoba red potatoes were fresh and well spiced, and the porchetta—my god. Do whatever you have to do to get this porchetta when you come here. All of my friends raved about their food, and yet not a single one of us felt like we were missing out on something. Definitely recommend this place!

The food is absolutely delicious. Just a bit pricey.
I really liked it. First thing I noticed when entering was the cozy atmosphere and the smell - both immediately friendly and relaxing. The service was excellent, matched only by the delicious food; my eggs Benedict was perfect(as were the fried potatoes) and my daughter claimed the pancakes were better than her mother’s(sacrilege, and a very real compliment)! Highly recommended.

I met a friend with the intention of having breakfast, however after being completely ignored at the entrance for close to ten minutes by the staff, we figured that perhaps just a drip coffee and pastry might have to do. There were only two staff working front of house and in fact, one of them actually pushed through the waiting to be seated crowd without an ‘excuse me’. Finally got seated to be ignored again. When your waiter eventually graced us with his presence to offer water, he asked me ‘Do you want any?’ Although his Scottish accent was pleasant, he was not. I’ve been to Bluestone several times and although the service is usually lacking, Friday morning was exceptionally bad. I would make sure you have hours of time and patience to spend if you want to eat here.
