The girl working there messed up my order three times and then when I finally ordered the slushy that I wanted and she finally got it she gave me a smoothie and it’s not even very good like I recommend chai time 110% more than this

Boba paw is so good. BUT they recently changed their straws, and now they're so narrow that the boba gets stuck and you can't drink anything

The paint on the walls was chipping off and sitting on the cheap IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable, the stools were too high with how short the table was, the drink was okay but nothing to brag about especially for 7$. Coustomer service wasn’t the best as the cashier kept running to the back to ask questions insted of just getting the manager out to talk. Overall terrible service ?

The price is cheaper than other bubble tea places, and they have better options. I LOVE that they added some savory snacks with the chicken and fries. It's delicious, I like savory more than sweet, so I appreciate having the option.Service is always reasonable, even in a rush. They're very polite and attentive.They've got good seating options, but I was hoping this was a bubble tea place where you can bring in your dog while you order. Plenty of times when we're walking our dog, we have wanted to stop for some tea but ended up deciding against it.

We were the only people in the store, we ordered two drinks and it took almost 20 min! Mango Smoothie was really frothy and didn't taste like mango at all. There are definitely better bubble tea stores in the area.
Moment I walked into the restaurant. It was clean. The employee was very nice and friendly could even have a nice simple convo ? ? most definitely! me and my kids will be back all the way from Ontario again..

Lots of variety. Big fan of their popping bubbles. Customizable sweetness and ice levels, great value! Parking lot is small so this wouldn’t be a good place to arrange a meet up with multiple cars in my opinion, but it’s great for popping in and grabbing a drink to go
