I took my family out on a cold winter's night. We had been to Boon Burger before...never been disappointed and we weren't this time. We put the order in at the counter (Cash no longer accepted, just credit and debit cards). Our hostess, cashier, server was pleasant. The seating arrangement is interesting a few newer tables from our last visit and some odds and sods of chairs We each ordered a different burger. The food was delicious, thick burgers brimming under a thick bun. I had to use a knife and fork; otherwise, I would have made a mess trying to fit my mouth around it. My adult children were equally content.
enjoyed! I happen to like bowls too but if you want a hearty burger, this is delicious
I could eat everything here!! And it was delicious. Cute and cozy atmosphere. Kind person working here! I wish this place was open when i lived in the neighbourhood years ago. Thank you for the great burger can't wait to go back
I prefer my fries crunchy and crisp; Boon Burger's are not. Very limp and covered in oil. The boon patty, used for the burgers, and the "bacun" has a very strange aftertaste. The "chikun" patty was decent, but mushy. The sandwich toppings were fresh and the bun was good, which helped improve the sandwiches taste.
It was pretty delicious! I had the BBQ pulled jack burger, honestly it tasted exactly like pulled pork. Fully vegan, and I left feeling full but not bloated! Definitely recommended!
Was excited to go here, but first impressions are everything. We didn’t come at a busy time (approx 430 pm weekday). First time going here with someone & the customer service was unfriendly, they assumed we’ve already been there so when I asked where to get our drinks she looked at us in an indifferent manner and pointed towards the side. Order took a while to make which was fine, but the food didn’t even come warm enough. The fries were soggy and cool. However, the food presentation was nice. Maybe....we’ll be back again & hope to have a better experience. Picture below is what we had which almost added up to $40 CAD!
Consistently delicious. Portions are huge. One burger and a salad shared two ways is plenty. Never had a burger here we didn't love.
Poutine (same ‘ol) and Bacun burger were absolute delight. Nice staff and the place is also very nice. Loved the homemade ice tea!
Great place for vegetarian burgers in town—but really wish they wouldn’t have redone their white patty to get rid of the soy. I get having soy free options but the chickpeas make it mushy... not what I’m looking for in a burger!
Worst burger I've ever had in my life. Both meat and bacon taste like WET CARDBOARD. Pizza and poutine are terrible as well.

Boring, unimaginative food. Prices are outrageous, food is even worse. Their fries are the worst part of the poutine and they aren't even the part they're suppose to substitute. The burgers have little flavor and fall apart. They are also very dry and feel like something a dog would eat.
Delicious plant-based food at a reasonable price. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff.
So many different options! Also nice that there is plenty of non-soy based options. After agonizing for a while my friend and I agreed to split a Jalapeno Cheddar and a J*** Chick'n and they didn't disappoint. Be sure to have napkins handy though!
I don't usually do the whole vegan thing, I'm more of a steak guy, that being said it was great!
Great atmosphere. Excellent food! All parties loved it. Food for all.
