I was there last Thursday for their anniversary celebration BOGO. Went at lunch and of course, as I had expected, there was a line-up. Despite the amount of customers, I received my items quickly and they tasted great!

on Thursday night I came into this booster juice and I had an amazing experience, the employees were so nice and made my smoothie very good. Decided to go back last night as well, different employees but still amazing customer service and smoothie!

Absolutely Disgraceful Experience at Boost Juice

I went into Boost Juice today simply to order a protein shake — nothing complicated. But before placing my order, I asked politely if I could use the bathroom first. I explained that I had a bit of an urgent stomach issue and needed to go immediately. Their response? “No, you have to buy something first.”

Are you kidding me?

I wasn’t some random person walking off the street — I was a paying customer who had every intention of ordering right after. But they clearly had zero empathy, zero common sense, and absolutely no respect for basic human dignity. They stood there, refusing to unlock the bathroom, even as I told them it was an emergency.

This isn’t just poor customer service — it’s inhumane. The attitude from the staff was cold, dismissive, and robotic. They made me feel humiliated, like I was begging for something unreasonable instead of just asking to use the washroom for a very real medical need.

I walked out without ordering anything. I’ll never set foot in another Boost Juice again. I suggest anyone reading this do the same. If this is how they treat customers in distress, imagine how little they care about anything else.

Absolutely shameful behavior.

We had recently had Booster Juice provide smoothies for our Early Childhood Educator appreciation week and boy, did they deliver! Literally! Adam was super friendly and accommodating with our large order that we had made. Everything was organized when it came to delivering 60+ smoothies to 5 different day care sites. Not to mention, how delicious everything was! I highly recommend this business! 10000/10

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went to take the kids for the first time. Got there and 2 employees are sitting by the window. It is 12 pm and the door is locked. The hours of operation sign says open 8 am-10 pm. There is no sign that says they'd be closed today or an explanation as to why. The girls just stared at us and continued shaking their heads at us saying "closed". I pointed to the sign saying it says they should be open and they just shook their heads no with smiles on their faces. They are literally just sitting there. If you're closed, there should be a sign saying you are/why and why would there be 2 employees just sitting there? Wouldn't there be no employees at all?

Worse customer care. I placed in my order through skip. And I request to use plant based protein instead of whey protein (coz i am anaphylactic allergy on whey), and i request to mark in to the drinks that I order (4 drinks i total). But when then drinks came, all the drinks weren’t marked which one is plant based. I also says on their receipts I got from Booster juice North gate Winnipeg.And when I called them to inform what happened- the staff kept on arguing with me that they can’t refund me and worse they can’t make a new drink as they only have 10 minutes left before they are closed. But the staff gave me the manager’s name who is Adam and I walked in their store, the manager would not come out of from the back, the staff kept going back and forth coming in and out to the front store to ask more questions. After waiting for 30mins the manager passed the message to the staff to inform me that he will call me. A week later NO F’ng CALL. What a crook!

Recently i have visited this booster juice with my faimly and i had a great experience . The smoothy was really amazing as well as your server I think who name was ‘ Pardeep’ provide everything on time and do good job nd she was also very respectful behaviour for my parents.
