store close at 9pm, i went there on friday at approx 8:30pm and staff refused to serve me by saying that we are closing and its cleaning time. store should change closing time to 8:30 because staff dont want to serve after that anyways, worst customer service

Really bad smoothie only ice. Kenaston location is my go to place for bowls and smoothie. But i accidentaly ordered from pembina location. They just ruined my day.

So I ordered a DoorDash order today for pickup @ 11:20am. Arrived at this Booster Juice location at 11:40am to pick up my order. The one girl told me they never recieved anything and I showed her my order on my phone.. She didn't even bother to double check their tablet or anything before telling me I must've mistakenly chose the other location further down Pembina. Now, I asked if she could atleast call them to double check for me and she asked her coworker and they said no.
I now had to drive down 15 mins down to the other Pembina location to pick up my order because I actually thought it was my mistake. I went there and they also said they didn't recieve my order, but they were atleast more helpful and took a closer look at my order on my phone and said, no that's the Pembina, Grant location WHERE I WAS ORIGINALLY AT.
At this point, I'm furious as I just wasted time and gas when I was already there at the correct location AND NOW IM LATE FOR WORK.
I come back and they said they have my order ready and it's because they didn't refresh their tablet? EXCUSE ME? She gave me the most blunt apology ever. I asked to speak to the manager and she took my name and number down but I highly doubt she even contacted the manager with this information as I didn't hear from anyone today. So decided to leave this review as there was no other way to get in contact with the manager.
